We live about an hour away. One of us will plan to meet you upon arrival to answer questions and make sure you are comfortable. Feel free to call or text anytime. Neighbors will be aware of your visit and may assist if an emergency arises until we can get there.

Eutawville is approximately 20 minutes from I95 and Interstate 26. Beautiful Charleston, SC (#1 favorite travel destination) and the beaches are about 1 to 1.5 hrs away. Boat access on our property to Fountain Lake. Access to Lake Marion is about 2 miles away at Cat Head Landing. Lake Marion is the largest lake in SC.
You can visit the site of the last important Revolutionary War battle fought in the Carolinas, which took place on September 8th, 1781. You can also get to the Palmetto Trail from here.
Wildlife Abounds. If you enjoy fishing there are Largemouth Bass, striped bass, white perch, white bass, crappie, channel catfish, Arkansas blue catfish, Shellcrackers, bream and Chain (Jack). Other wildlife in the area include deer, fox, squirrel, turtle, dove, wild turkey, alligator, snakes and various species of duck, hawk, eagle, egret and osprey.
Must inform host if pets will be staying and what bred/size. Pets must be well behaved, housebroken and not have fleas. Pet deposit may be required.

No smoking is permitted in the house or on the premises.
A 14' Scanoe is available for your use. No one under the age of 14 is allowed to be in the canoe unless an adult is present. Life jackets must be worn at all times. Do not get in the canoe on the concrete pad - ensure it is floating before getting in it. By agreeing to the house rules, you are acknowledging that the use of the Scanoe is at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur from its use.
There is a beautiful chocolate lab next door. He is very sweet but is a "big" active puppy. Do not throw things (including food or treats) tease him or put your hands through / over the fence.
