Remodeled vet clinic on handicapped accessible first floor has all new appliances, eat in kitchen, 3 bedrooms for five adults and plenty of floor space for kids who bring their own sleeping bags and air mattresses. A pack 'n play is also available for little guests. Large yard offers space for activities and hiking to the nearby Butternut and Silver Creeks. Located in the village within walking distance to restaurants and stores.
Because it's been totally remodeled, this cottage (former vet clinic) offers a unique setting for overnight guests. It's within 15 minutes to the Oneonta Baseball camp, and a thirty-minute drive to Cooperstown. A queen size bed is in the master bedroom with a walk-in closet for storing luggage and a room divider for privacy. The single bed mattress is covered with a hypoallergenic cover. The sofa bed is in excellent condition made by Laz-y-Boy. There is free wifi and the flat-screen TV is set up with cable TV and ROKU.

Guests will be able to cook their own meals, relax in the back yard, wash and dry their clothes, and shower in the walk-in shower with a seat for convenience. The cottage is equipped with coffee, tea, and utensils for guests to use. Phone service is spotty unless you have AT&T service. In that case, I can connect you to my booster.

I'm at home most of the time as I have a small alterations business in the main house, separated from the cottage by the garage. I can be reached by phone or text message as well.
