The 80 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of an holiday residence and it is composed by private entrance,panoramic terrace with table and sofa,kitchen with stove,living room,bathroom with shower,double bedroom,triple bedroom,safe box,washing machine,tv,2 refrigerators,air condition.

The residence is located just in the middle of Costa Smeralda.
Inside the residence you can find baby swimming pool,restaurant,bar,tabacchi,market,baby club,emergency,tennis,car parking.

Francesco helped me get set up and I found the apartment to be really peaceful. Just what I was looking for as a base for some work. Ideal for a small family for a short stay.

Francesco was very nice since the very beggining, I totally recommend his house. We had a problem when we got to the airport very late and he still was waiting and worried for us. Thanks a lot Francesco, very nice of you!

Logement agréable mais un peu vétuste. Propriétaire qui n'est pas sur place, donc difficulté pour résoudre les problèmes malgré sa disponibilité téléphonique (sms). Nous avons qq problèmes : 1 jour pas d'eau chaude et le lendemain pas de plaque de cuisson donc repas du soir froid…
