Thank you for your reply and your feedback. We understand your concern when it comes to the management of the villa yet, we would like to give our version of the facts.
In a nutshell :You did not told us your exact time of arrival at the villa, we did provide a dishwasher 48hrs after you arrived, offered you a maid service and offer you to contact airbnb to proceed to a refund (as you book via airbnb), but here are the details below :
1. You did arrive by yourself at the villa, without giving us a clear time of arrival. We have however open the door for you and air conditioning and arrived in due course to do the check in, this is perfectly legitimate.
2. The dishwasher was not working indeed, the previous renter did damage it (24hr before), and we did not think that this would be a so big issue to the quality of your stay. It is true that cleaning plates is boring, but not to the point of making once holidays completely ruined. We have replaced the dishwasher within 48hrs, and saved your holidays....
4. We have felt that the fact that not having a dishwasher was a good escuse for you to claim refunds. Right from the beginning, you have asked us to pay back taxis, refund for dishwasher.. Free maid to do the dishes 3 times a day. We are use to a certain kind of customer in quest for discounts and freebies every time something goes slightly out of ordinary.
We have provided all the solutions to your issue but we felt that what you really wanted was a financial compensation, we are sorry this villa was out of your budget range.
