Amenities: You will have access to all the amenities located on the 8th floor during your stay including the Fitness Centre and Rooftop patio.
Parking: You will have one underground parking spot available to you. The Parking lot is gated and secure but please do not leave any valuables in the car. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Lots of additional street parking is available just outside the apartment.

*Early/Late flights? We understand you want to make the most of your trip and sometimes our check-in and check-out times may conflict with your plans. We will try our best to accommodate depending on the bookings before/after you. Message us and we will see what we can do (no promises!).
*Don’t have internet connection? We got you covered. Your suite will come with complimentary wifi!
*Government-issued ID: If you do not have a government-issued ID attached to your Airbnb profile, please include it when submitting your booking request, which will be verified during check-in.
Lastly, we would really appreciate if you leave the unit in a clean and tidy manner. We rely on you in taking care of our home so please treat it with care, just like you would with your own place!
*CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT — check-in is after 2PM and check-out before 10AM. Late check-outs resulting in delay of incoming guests will be subject to a $100 fine. Early and/or late check-in/out arrangements can be made if requested well in advance but is dependent on booking schedule.
**Government-issued ID is required to be presented during check-in.**
*DAMAGE DEPOSIT – There is a $250 deposit for your stay that will be refunded to you provided the following are met:
1. No damage is done to the unit in any way
2. No items within the unit are broken or lost
3. No fines imposed by strata during your stay
4. No violation of house rules
You will be held liable for any additional damages or losses that is not recoverable by the security deposit.
*NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Violation of these rules will lead to a penalty fee.
*NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS – Other than the number of guests approved during your booking, no additional guests are permitted to stay in the unit. If there are changes, please notify us and we will see what we can do.
*CLEANING FEE – A one-time cleaning fee of $60 is required with each reservation to ensure the place is nice and tidy for every guest.
*PARKING – Please only park in the designated parking spot we provide you. Ensure the three gates are fully closed whenever you enter/leave the parking lot.
