Ease of stay and enjoyment is important to us! We are only a phone call or text away. We operate within the area and can provide support for your home, how to get around town, restaurant recommendations and help with even administrative matters.

1) Photo ID required.

Bookings will not be accepted from guest requests which do not include photos of the principal guest, to whom the key/security tag will be released on presentation of acceptable photo ID (passport or govt/state issued driver's license).

2) Lost keys.

Keys that are not returned upon checkout will be charged $200, deducted from the deposit. The replacement of keys and rekeying is an extensive and time consuming matter.

3) Small paperwork.

All occupants are required to sign a Tenancy Agreement upon arrival and form K. This a local formality for rentals, please message me for details if needed.

4) Check-in and check-out.

We often use secured lockboxes and Keycafe for key pickup and drop off. In which this case, a text message will be sent from Keycafe to you with instructions and location. Not to worry, we always choose nearby locations that are 24/7. Keys are required to be returned to keycafe after checkout.

Early check ins and late check outs are subject to availability and must be pre-arranged. Same day request may not be accommodated. Late check-outs past noon may be subject to additional nightly rates.

5) Minimum days rental requirement, inquire for details.

Please treat my home like you would yours!

• Guests must follow strata bylaws and regulations (copy posted in your unit).

• You will be asked to sign a "Form K", (as required by building bylaws) agreeing to abide by the bylaws and giving some minimal personal details about the occupants.

• Please remove your shoes when entering the condo.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit, on the balcony, and in all building common areas. Bylaws impose fines on residents for infringements.

• No pets please.

• No unregistered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• No more than 6 persons in the apartment at any time.

• Please keep your noise level down after 11pm, kindly be considerate to our neighbors.

• This is a self-serviced suite so we do not normally provide daily room cleaning and services. Guests are requested to leave the suite in a clean condition, as it was on initial occupation.

• Consumable goods are provided as complimentary, they will not be refilled until after the end of tenancy/check out.

• Additional charges will be applied if there are unwashed dishes, spills, or excessive food scraps etc to be disposed of. Cleaning supplies such as mops and vacuum cleaner are in the storage room in case the need arise.

• Guests are expected to dispose of their own garbage using the building facilities. Used towels, linen etc should be left in the bathtub.

• Guests are requested to shut off all faucets, turn off all electrical devices and lights and lock the door when leaving the apartment.

• Lost keys and / or remotes $100 per item.

• Items such as dishes, cutlery, hairdryer, iron, ironing board etc are provided for your convenience, please feel free to make use of it and return them in the original place so our next guests can use them.

• Please refrain from removing makeup using the towels. Cotton puffs are provided for that purpose.

• Please do not re-arrange furniture items

• Please do not remove beddings and bed linens from the bed. Used beddings and bed linens should be left on the behind after check out.

• Please do not place luggage bags or suitcases on the bed or couch. This is to prevent the spread of any potential bed bugs and hygiene.

• We are not responsible for the retrieval of mail or lost mail. No mail keys will be provided to guest unless specified. Should you require postage services, please inquire, we have a business address for such services.

• Un-authorized and late checkouts are subject to $50 penalty. Any late check-out past 3 pm will be considered another full night's stay and penalty.

• Right for showings. The Landlord and management company reserves the right to access the rental unit for any showings to prospective tenants. The current guest / tenant will be given 24 hour advance notice of such showings. Such request cannot be refused.

• The Guest is responsible for any additional charges and fees as a result of damaged or mis-used items that require repair or replacement. In addition to such charges, the Guest will pay an additional admin fee and service of $20 for the coordination and time required for such rectifications.

Really nice place! Very comfortable and a great location -accessible to everything a visitor would need. We were there when there was a lot of street activity so I was a little noisy but manageable. Nice building with all the modem amenities.

Keira's place was great! It was exactly as pictured in the photos and was the perfect size and accommodation for 3 friends traveling. Instructions before we arrived were clear and key pickup at the keycafe was easy although a couple blocks walk from the apartment. Everything was so clean. The location was very central for us to walk to Coal Harbour, Stanley Park, and to catch the aquabus to Granville Island. Of note, the apartment is on the 10th floor and there was much more street noise at night than I expected. Also there is no air conditioning but sleeping with the windows open was a comfortable temperature (although loud!). One final note is that the mattresses are memory foam which we all felt were also very hot to sleep on. All in all, a great apartment and I would highly recommend!

Lugar perfecto para conocer Vancouver Un poco elevado de precio por lo que ofrece ! Si piensas comer y cenar fuera siempre es perfecto , por qué tienen solamente lo más básico en La Cocina !! Si costará 30% más barato seguro me vuelvo a quedar ! Definitivamente es un lugar para 2 personas !

Great location to walk all around downtown Vancouver. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for all four of us. Great balcony to watch the city below.

Great downtown location, close to everything (shops, restaurants, etc.) . Large enough for a family of four. Very clean and bright - would definitely recommend!

숙소 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 트레인 역과도 가깝고 캐나다 플레이스와 랍슨거리까지도 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있습니다. 집상태도 사진상과 크게 차이없이 좋았고, 방크기와 거실도 상당히 괜찮은 수준이었습니다. 체크인/체크아웃 시 키 반납장소가 조금 떨어져 있어 그점은 불편했습니다만, 셀프 체크 인/아웃이라 또 맘은 편했네요. 일주일 동안 잘 이용하고 갑니다~다른분들께도 추천 가능한 곳인 것 같네요~감사합니다.
