Hausregeln

1. Kids - do not give your kids some writing material like ballpen and pencil since they might use it to write from wall to bed. This is very difficult to remove and sometimes incur costs.
2. Kitchen Appliances – Kitchen appliances are provided for convenience and can be used at any time. These should not be left unattended.
3. Air Conditioning Unit – AC unit “should” be turned off if the guest leaves the unit. For safety, I recommend to turn off the main breaker switch in case the guest leaves the unit for a longer period of time. 25 degrees settings only.
4. Other Appliances/Personal Chargers/Etc – other appliances or electronic devices chargers should be turned off/unplugged when not in use, especially to those that will overheat and cause fire.
5. Garbage Disposal – never throw garbage/dusts in the window/terrace. Help keep the area and the neighborhood clean by disposing the garbage properly.
6. Condominium Admin Rules – Admin rules such as pool policy, use of gym rules, smoking areas, and other condominium rules should be followed by the guests.
7. Right to Entry – the owner has the right to enter the unit under these circumstances:
a. Suspicion that water system not turned off that might/causes flood.
b. Triggering of fire alarm.
c. Suspicion of illegal activities/criminal acts.
d. Security threat.

The unit offers a beautiful night view of Cebu City. Kitchen is equipped with anything you would think you would need - Perfect for making breakfast in bed! Shower and toiletries were very clean. Wi-Fi was provided. Natchel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. A great value!!! Would recommend to anyone.

my daughter wid her family had a wonderful experience,great location, value for money, comfy, safe and well equipt..very nice pool,...modern apartment wid a nice view...natchel is very hospitable and very professional...he's extremely helpful, he let us see the gym, the surroundings ...we'll definitely come back...HIGHLY recommended....tnx natchel

THE GOOD: The size of apartment was okay. Location was near to malls. It has coffee shop, massage place, and laundromat on ground floor. The apartment is as seen in photo. THE BAD: (1) Although location was okay, it was still a bit difficult to get a cab especially that GRAB and UBER were down. (2) They were not done with the "cleaning" of the flat when I arrived. It was quite unfortunate that I had to witness it was very messy with their personal stuff, their kids were very unruly and even walking on bed. I informed them beforehand that my ETA at the flat was 2pm, and even arrived later than expected. I sent a msg informing them that I was already in the cab. He replied with okay. Hence, I was quite confused why they were very surprised to see me in the flat and they were not yet done gathering their stuff. (3) The bottom cupboards, the one under the sink, was very stinky, very foul odour. Note that this was where the spoons, forks, and plates were kept. So, if you plan on using these, be aware. (4) The shower head had very small water opening, such that when it hits your skin it felt like something was pricking you. The effect worsens if you increase water pressure and it was not very effective in removing the soap suds. (5) Room is hot, even at night. I purposely did not use AC for two reasons: decrease payment for utility and the position of AC was very weird. It was right beside the bed. I didn't bother turning it on as I figured it won't be good for my body if cold air from AC would directly hit me, especially when sleeping. So, I endured the uncomfortable hot nights only to be surprised by the utility payment. THE WORST: Last is the payment for utilities. This would not have been a problem if everything was laid out clear right from the start. I have to admit I didn't notice that I had to pay separately for the utilities until he sent a message telling me that I didn't have to worry about this as he's giving me a 50% discount. This should've been a warning sign already for me. As I wanted everything to be clear, I tried to discuss with him how we would go about with the calculation of the utilities payment. I gave suggestions as to when I can possibly give the payment considering that I will be checking out really early as I had an early morning flight. He told me that it's no problem and that he would be there during my checkout, which was 4am on a Monday. A few days before I left, he suddenly sent messages through airbnb, and even in social media, asking if I was at the apartment so that we can settle the utilities. Apartment as shown and advertised. Natchel was good host and helpful. Central location near Ayala Mall. Only thing could make better would be more channels on TV. Was big wide screen TV though. We will stay again and can recommend it if in Cebu
