At the end of your day out and about, you'll love taking a dip in the seasonal community pool (open mid-April through mid-October) or having a soak in your own private hot tub.
Comfortable and beautifully decorated, this condo offers all the furnishings of a home away from home. Watch a little TV before bed or play cards at the six-top dining table. Fix snacks to spread out on the breakfast bar while you review the day's adventures.
Whether you fix food for a quiet meal inside or fire up the grill on the patio for a family barbecue, prep and cleanup will be easy with the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher.
Find a place to turn in for the night among the three bedrooms. Parents can snag the master bedroom that has a king-size bed as well as a twin sofabed for little ones. A queen is in the second bedroom, and there's a bunk and two twins in the kids' room.
Two dogs are invited to come along. Keep in mind that there's an additional pet fee. WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a one-car garage are also provided for your convenience.
Even if you're not a seasoned outdoors person, the many parks in the area have a variety of activities for everyone. The iconic Arches National Park offers stunning vistas of the southern Utah high desert, while Dead Horse Point State Park is perfect for short hikes. Some of the trails in the area even welcome dogs! Guests will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
