A two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a fireplace, shared pool access, and a golf course just outside the back door awaits! You can even bring your dog along (one dog max) for a small additional fee.
Located in Spanish Valley just south of Moab on the gorgeous Moab Golf Course, you'll have access to this gem for a round of 18 holes, and will also be within easy driving distance of downtown Moab for shops and dining.
Enter the home and you will find a spacious sectional couch and two bright chairs for relaxing. A flatscreen cable TV and internet are provided, as is an iPod dock for streaming music. If you wish to disconnect, simply enjoy the fireplace. The open concept living room leads into the well-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher. A dinette set is available for dining indoors, or step outside onto the patio that provides a grill and patio set for dining al fresco with red rock views.
After an adventure-filled day spent hiking, biking, or four-wheeling, turn into one of the home's two upstairs bedrooms. A king bed is found in the master, and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Two rollaway beds and an air mattress are also provided, offering room for up to eight guests. A private washer/dryer in the home is also available for laundering clothes and linens.
There is plenty of exploration to do around Moab, with Arches and Canyonland National Parks just a day's drive away. Spanish Valley also offers swimming and fishing at Ken's Lake, and there are endless opportunities for adrenaline-seekers in the surrounding area. Go skydiving, white water rafting, or mountain biking through Moab's rugged terrains. Guests will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
