We live in a ground floor apartment of a Victorian house from 1894, with high-ceilings. The apartment is light and open plan.
Hellerup is a great neighbour only 10 minutes from central Copenhagen.
There is a spiral stair case leading down to the basement an open plan room with a sofa and desk, then a corridor leading to a single room. There is also a bathroom/utility room with toilet, sink and shower.
