Immaculate 4 bedroom newly built Santa Clara home. 3 full bathrooms. Large kitchen with an open floorplan to the family room. Formal living room and dining room. High end appliances. Convenient location. 15 min to SJC and Convention Center. Close to Santana Row and 15 min to Mountain View corporations.

CHECKING IN: You will receive a unique personal code that works on the front door. You'll be able to check in at your convenience.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: The house is half a block from El Camino Real where VTA buses run. House is near the intersection of Bowers and El Camino.
OTHER TRANSPORTATION: Lyft and Uber are pretty popular in the area.

PARKING: There is space in the driveway for two cars to park. There is also plenty of street parking.
EXTENDED STAYS: If your stay is more than 30 days, there will be an additional cleaning fee for each monthly period. I will send my cleaner to the home. It will be fully cleaned and all linens will be changed. If you'd like additional cleanings, please contact me and we can arrange it.
SECURITY CAMERA: As per Airbnb policy, we have to notify you that a security camera may be in use outside the home.
KITCHEN USE: You may use the kitchen for meal preparations that don't involve strong odors. It is difficult to remove fish or strong spice smells from the upholstery. Since the home is an open floor plan any such cooking would permeate all surfaces.
NO SMOKING: this is a no smoking home. If you smoke, you can do it in the backyard. Please don't smoke or congregate on the street in front of the house.

This house was clean and newly renovated. It was a great place for my extended family to stay in while attending my wedding. They liked the skylights and how bright the living room was. It also had enough space for 15 people. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

This beautiful home was perfect for my graduation trip! Everyone had their own bed and bedroom. The linens were very clean and the bathrooms we're spotless. There was a wide variety of shampoo's, conditioners, soaps, etc. The only thing this dreamy California home was missing was a pool-- but the location is perfect. Just minutes away from all the major routes that will lead you to the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains and beaches, or San Francisco. Santana Row, Levi Stadium, and SJC Airport are minutes away as well. There are coffee shops, dry-cleaners, grocery stores, etc. right around the corner from the house. The neighbourhood itself was quiet and safe. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

広くて綺麗な部屋で、10人で快適に過ごすことができました。空港からもさほど離れておらず閑静な住宅街で、大人数の場合はお勧めの宿泊施設です。 近くにスーパーマーケットがないので、事前に買い物をしてから宿泊する事をお勧めします。

This place was amazing! Sent a group on a work trip and the easiest stay we have had. Very commutative host, clean, and spacious! Location is great too! We can't wait until the next stay.

My group and I needed a an instant book to relax during our road trip and Jay / Christina / Sandra (shared home?) was a lovely spot to touch down to recharge. Our road trip required a late check in so the password entry was a huge plus as it allowed us to check in and just get to sleep sooner. The entry area was beautiful and filled with different art pieces and photographs reflecting the local area. Waiting for us on the main dinner table was a guest manual that had everything we needed in order to make the most of the stay here. One gripe we did have is with the notice: "a security camera may be in use outside the home." (which is fine ) but upon arrival we saw they had a dropcam / nest like camera that's actually mounted inside the main living area window that faces the driveway and my guests and I both have a nest cam at home and saw that the microphone is still very much hearing everything in the main living area. ( even if you tell someone its disabled its just such a easy fix ) Hopefully this will easily be amended with just switching to the outdoor dropcam model which would probably make guests feel a little more at ease. Pro: • Absolutely gorgeous master bathtub, worth the price of admissio(URL HIDDEN) Beautiful place with plenty of bedrooms for multiple guests. • Late check-in with a numpad code is always a huge plus and makes the stay much more professional. • Kitchen is super beautiful, lots of light, very very clean ! Cons: • Toilet paper felt super thin • No bottled water or water filters in the house. • Outdoor camera that's mounted indoors that has a microphone in the main room might make some guests uneasy. • Host will require photos of all guests ID's ( or personal airbnb accounts for every guest will work ) before they would issue door code on an instant book. Some people might find it inconvenient but if you don't mind that aspect then its not a big deal. Overall: 4/5 - A cozy and roomy BNB with an absolutely photogenic bathtub. Lots of living room space and a super fantastic kitchen that is nicely illuminated by the bounce light of the backyard. Aside from a couple of small hitches here and there I'd say we enjoyed our stay at Jay / Christina / Sandra's place. Thanks for having us !

The camera is inside the front window because of access to an electrical outlet. It is a basic security camera and I don't believe it has sound capability. I will look into rewiring to have an outdoor only camera. I may require photo ID of groups of individuals who aren't affiliated with a company. I require this only if the other individuals don't have an Airbnb account that is attached to the booking. Since the home is a large home with an open floor plan, it tends to attract people looking for a party house. This is not a party house and I believe that individual accountability deters bad behavior. If people anonymously stay in the home there is a greater chance that they will not respect the home or the rules. Toilet paper is single ply by design. Though the home is brand new, it is in an older neighborhood. We want to do everything to avoid possible unpleasant sewer issues. Water in this area is drinkable, so bottled or filtered water is not required, but I will look into a filter rather than providing bottles that will contribute to landfill waste.

WHO STAYS IN MY HOMES? The communal homes attract young techies and interns. They are not suitable for families or couples. The whole house rentals are more suitable for families or people travelling together for business.

PERSONAL: I am a person, not a company or corporation. I happen to have a number of listings but I am the person who manages it all with the help of professional cleaners and handymen. I am a single divorced mother of two teen daughters that my ex husband and I adopted from Russia when they were a year old. I was a real estate professional before the adoption, but quit actively selling homes to stay with the girls. I began to manage the rental homes that we owned.
I've traveled quite extensively and understand what it's like to live in other people's homes and be a guest in a different country. I absolutely love being an Airbnb host. In the past I lived in Italy for 2 years and Russia for 5 years. I've been to Germany dozens of times to visit my mom's side of the family. I am fluent in English, Russian and German.
