1 city block to the beach! This airy and bright condo features two back decks overlooking the marsh and back bay. You and your family will enjoy the amazing sunsets every night! 3 bedrooms ( 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds). Full bathroom on 2nd floor, half bath on 1st floor, and spacious outdoor shower.

Family friendly, pet friendly, but also romantic! We have the best views in Ocean City with two back decks overlooking the marsh and bay. We also have a brand new kitchen featuring granite countertops and everything you need for cooking. Driveway (under house as it is on stilts) holds 2 or 3 cars. There is also plenty of street parking in front of the house.

LEASE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. NON-SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in the leased premises including porches
2. BARBECUE GRILLING: Use of any grill is prohibited except on the driveway in the rear of the house.
3. OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of persons, including children is limited to 7.
4. MINORS: Tenant affirms that he/she is an adult and minors will not occupy the property unless an adult is present.
5. CARE OF PROPERTY: Tenant agrees to return premises to owner, on expiration of this lease, in as clean and good condition as reasonable use will permit and to repair, replace or pay for any breakage or damage to the property, furnishings, and equipment. Tenant is only responsible for breakage or damage done by Tenant and/or his guests.
6. NO ADDITIONS: No fixtures, appliances, or air conditioning shall be installed without written consent of the owner.
7.. VISITATION PERMISSION: The owner shall have access to the premises during daylight hours to make repairs or to show for sale or rent.
8. SIGNAGE: The owner shall have the right to display signage “For Sale or For Rent" on the premises
9. SIGHT UNSEEN RENTALS: Tenant should make every effort to pre-inspect the property before executing lease. The owner makes no representations or warranty as to the condition or description of the property and Tenant assumes a responsibility to the owner as if seen in advance.
10. REPAIRS: Appliances, air conditioning, and amenities are not guaranteed and refunds will not be given due to breakdown. The owner will make repairs as soon as possible.
11. RENTABILITY: If said leased premises are destroyed by fire or acts of God so as to be unfit for occupancy, either prior to or during the term of the lease, the Owner shall return an equitable prorated share of any rents that may have been paid in advance. The lease shall not terminate as a result of cosmetic defects or inoperable non-essential appliances.
12. SUBLETTING: The tenant shall not sublet the premises without written consent of the owner.
13. DEFAULT: Any default by the Tenant under the terms and conditions of this lease, including but not limited to unpaid rent, shall result in the termination of this lease and the premises must be vacated immediately with no refund to the Tenant.
14. CANCELLATION: All requests by the Tenant to cancel this lease must be made in writing to Owner and are subject to the property re-renting or acceptance by the owner. All deposit money will be retained until the property is re-rented at full price. If the property is not re-rented for full price, the difference will be due from the Tenant and/or be deducted from the deposit. Tenant agrees that the Owner shall hold all deposit monies.
15. STORM/BAD WEATHER: No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather (including Hurricanes).

Emily's place is perfect for a weekend getaway down the shore. It's right off the beach, and has beautiful views of the marsh off the back of the house. It was great for us, our infant, and our parents - perfect layout and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Emily's cleaning service was still working when we arrived, but they were thorough and very kind. The house was a bit hot when we arrived, but there are AC units in every room which cooled everything down really quickly. Definitely recommend for kids and families. Thanks Emily!

This is a great house with a great location! The eat-in kitchen is very roomy and allowed everyone to hang out together while preparing meals. The family room had enough seating for 5-6 people and our 2 large dogs and their beds. In fact, we brought an XL dog crate and kept it assembled in the family room and we could still easily fit in to the room to watch tv or sit and chat (there were 4 adults and a toddler). I believe another reviewer mentioned that there are a lot of steps - true - and we found the stairs to the bedrooms pretty steep. Not a problem, but something to note if you have senior dogs or have to carry a toddler up to sleep every night! The views from the decks were gorgeous and we appreciated the deck off of the family room being screened in. Our dogs loved to sit out on both decks with us - it was very peaceful! One thing to note is that the block the house is in gets pretty dark at night, especially during the off-season (something to keep in mind if you are out late walking your dogs) but walking over to the 55th and west block worked well and it was a bit more lit up! We appreciated the grassy spots where 57th and 58th street dead-end on west (for the dog walks) and it is great how well people seem to clean up after their pets! We highly recommend this house and Claude and Emily were lovely to deal with and very responsive to any of our questions!

This home worked out great for us. It was remarkably clean considering they allow dogs. No smell or dog hair at all. The main floor had a deck overlooking the bay which was screened so no bugs. Upstairs master bedroom had a deck as well. Furniture was comfortable and numerous. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils you can need. We had our two dogs along and was glad there was a grass lot about a 1/2 block away for them to "do their business" Also another about a block away. Clean sheets and towels were waiting when we arrived which was very nice. A short walk to the beach and/or the state park nearby. All in all, I would highly recommend. The only concern would be if you have trouble with stairs. The main floor is up a flight and then the bedrooms are up another flight. You would probably need gates for small children. But the stairs didn't bother us - I need the exercise. Thanks Emily for a nice vacation!

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for , my fiancé and I were working in sea isle and were able to get on and off the island easily. It was great for us to relax away from any chaos. Great view and very close to the beach. Thanks again!

House was a very cute home for our family. Good location in a quiet area yet a short drive to the boardwalk when you want to go. Very convenient to be able to bring our dog. Great communication and had a very nice time with our family!

Views of the marsh and proximity to the beach can't be beat. We loved waking up to the sounds of shorebirds every morning and watching sunsets from the upstairs deck.
