Hi Jack. I'm sad to know your stay did not meet your expectations. I would have done everything in my capability to rectify all the issues you mentioned during your stay, however, never once did I receive any message from you - through Airbnb, call or even text message. The only communication we ever had was when you requested to book and asked for an early check-in which I happily provided.
I have spoken with my cleaners and there might have been a misunderstanding with the crew and they mistakenly went at 10a instead of 11a. They have other units to clean at 10 but went to my unit in error. I'm so sorry about that.
I'm not sure if you have stayed in other Airbnbs but this is how it works. Hosts will ask you to take the trash out and clean up as much as you can, some even will ask you to put the sheets and towels to wash. The cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners to prepare the villa for your arrival, make the bed, clean the bathroom, replenish the initial supplies, etc.
Again, I apologize for all the inconveniences and I will take all your feedback as a tool to improve my Airbnb.
