Aloha! My studio (308 sq ft) is located on the 32nd floor of Island Colony. It is a fully furnished and newly renovated studio, beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. Bathroom and kitchenette are nicely upgraded. Two queen beds with prime beddings. With a cup of coffee or tea, the large lanai is perfect for resting and relaxing, your eyes will be pleased by fabulous sweeping view of Pacific Ocean, Waikiki skyline, Diamond Head, green gorgeous mountains, golf course and tranquil Ala Wai canal. This studio is a good combination of stunning views, elegance, comfort and utility.
Two queen-size beds with hotel-style headboards and a night-table. A desk with padded chair, a small dining table and 2 stools, a mirror on the wall and a HD flat-screen cable television. The room has a wall-mounted air conditioner. Free wi-fi is provided with user name and password on the top of router/modem in the room. A sliding glass door separate the main room from the lanai.
The lanai is very spacious equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
The kitchenette has a small sink, a small refrigerator with freezer space, a portable electrical induction cook-top and a microwave oven. The kitchen cabinets have a coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, glasses and flatware. Dishcloth, a small bottle of dish soap and paper towels are provided.
Note: Stainless steel pots or steel skillet (blue handle) MUST be used for this induction cook-top. Pot or skillet NEEDS to be kept on the hot plate while in use, if the pot/skillet is removed, the hot plate will turn off. Press the "power" or "on" button, then set the temperature to desired level.
The closet with sliding doors has a safe, iron, iron board, hangers, 4 beach chairs/towels, an ice chest, extra linens for guests to use.
The bathroom is nicely upgraded. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mat, toilet tissue and a bottle of shampoo are also provided.
User name and password are on the top of router/modem in the room.

All guests are required to register with Island Colony Association Of Apartment Owners (AOAO) two days prior to arriving. I will fill the registration form on line for you and your family/friends, and email you a copy, so please provide me all the guests' names as soon as you can.
Upon arrival, please obtain two fobs and a key from a lock-box located in the porte-cochere on the ocean-side of the building. The key is to open the unit door, and the fobs will allow access to the elevator lobby. The lock box number and codes will be provided to you before or on check-in day. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CLOSE THE LOCK-BOX PROPERLY AFTER REMOVING KEY AND FOB.
Upon first access, please confirm registration and activate the fobs with the building manager (6th floor) or security person stationed in the elevator lobby.
Parking is available in the building. Recent rate: $30.00/day. Guests may obtain a two hour permit of parking at the security desk. Adjacent Street Parking is on Ala Wai Canal (Street Sweeping M&F ), please check the posted parking rules in person.

-Guests may obtain a two hour permit of parking at the security desk. Any guest parking that will be over two hours must use the paid commercial parking lot. Non-permitted or vehicles with expired permits are subject to being booted and/or towed at vehicle owner's expense and risk.

I purchased this property in the beginning of 2017, the whole unit is recently remodeled, kitchen and bathroom are upgraded. I hope you will enjoy your stay.
I have always enjoyed my vacation staying in Island Colony Waikiki where I can wine and dine, shop, sunbathe, surf, snorkel, golf, nightlife, or just relax in the summer-like weather year round. I love to stay in this resort style condo where I can enjoy my privacy, quietness and do some light cooking that a typical hotel room can't provide. Island Colony is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki and just a short distance to the world-class restaurants, high-end fashion boutiques, nightclubs and dive bars. Walking/jogging along the palm tree lined Ala Wai Canal is my favorite thing to do in the morning. Island Colony provides a resort style living with wrap-around recreational deck on 6th floor with swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness room, BBQ, patio/deck, community laundry, mini market, trash chute and 24-hour security. I'm so happy to own an apartment in Island Colony for my own vacation and also provide an affordable home-away for other travelers.
