It looks like a remodeled garage. Some infrastructure visible around the ceiling etc. Remodel is rough around the edges, and the courtyard is not green. Mysterious tobacco odor at night (A/C?) But overall the place is spacious and comfortable. The owners are very thoughtful and nice. The neighborhood is right next to a canal, which is the glory of Albuquerque.

I'm an architect, and the home was built using the highest quality materials and designed for sustainable living. I take pride in my work and used care in designing and building this home. As you see, 4.9 has been our rating and we are superhosts. We welcome kindred spirits to our abode. The house was built specifically as a master bedroom suite and is now a two bedroom home. The materiality of the space is exposed rammed earth walls and polished concrete floors with radiant heating. The kitchen has stainless steel countertops and wood cabinets. The windows are double pane, along with walls make for a very quiet home. The house is connected to the grid but runs primary on solar power. The house has always been non-smoking. The acequia has 40 ft. high "green" trees, farmland abounds in the neighborhood - yet Denis doesn't see the forest for the trees! LOL

Nestled in North Valley, Villa Audriana was a perfect AirBnB. Spacious, perfectly decorated in modern New Mexico style, super comfy beds, huge bathroom with whirlpool tub, full kitchen, and privacy. They even had coffee and amenities ready for us. I highly recommend.

The place was private, clean and highly functional. Greg and Lisa were easily available to answer questions and were warm and hospitable, even leaving us yogurt and bagels to get our stay started. I loved the nearby local bookstore and coffee shop!

Lisa and Greg were really helpful with everything. We enjoyed staying at their home, which had a cool loft vibe. We had a fully equipped kitchen including yummy snacks and breakfast items. Everything was clean and tidy and their home was stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable Casita. All the amenities were comfortable and the jet jacuzzi was very relaxing after our hike in the sun. We would definitely recommend this listing. We had a rental car so this was a convenient location and an easy drive from anywhere we wanted to go.
