Absolutely Gorgeous views of the Makai Public Golf Course,located on the 18th fairway,with amazing views of 2 ponds,the mountains,trees and course,No better place to enjoy your coffee in the am,than your own private lanai.Nihilani is an award winning complex, with magnificent foliage,fountains and grass,absolutely spectacular grounds with private Hawaiian style swimming pool,heated jacuzzi,and bbq area,for owners and guests only.also has kids pool,and is less than a 1 minute walk from your front door.the 2300 sq foot (including private 2 car garage )home is spacious enough for 12 but we limit it to 6.its a very rare floor plan thats ,not only the largest but all on the same level.your own full size laundry room,in house,all top of the line and in the garage you will find 4 brand new top o the line bicycles helmets a lock,all your beach gear,boogie board,noodles,snorkel gear,fins,umbrella,cooler,back pack beach chairs,extra-large soft beach towels,Central heat and preset AC (smart home controlled @76/78 degrees)

the entire 3 bedroom 3.25 bath home (third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a pack n play and its own private lanai,sliding door has a child proof lock on it )which is an enormous @2300 sq foot home .all on the same floor with the attatched private 2 car garage just below .and 2 covered lanais,laundry room,enormous beautiful slate floored top of the line kitchen,private 2 car garage,and top of the line amenities,garage filled with bikes,and beach gear all yours to use while staying with us.This home comes complete with extra linens, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, in room safe, and of course free wireless high speed internet. and cable tv.

unfortunately air b n b is not set up to collect the Hawaii state tax yet so by booking you are agreeing to also pay the additional occupancy tax request that will follow.After you book this listing,I will have to send you a request thru the Air BnB resolution center to pay the state of Hawaii occupancy tax of 13.42%,its the same mandatory tax that hotels and motels charge,there is NO way around paying this tax if you are staying on the island.,AIr BnB does not charge you for this .your receipt will show that.they are working on updating theyre system to collect the tax in the future.Because of the exorbitant cost of utilities the AC box is locked.The home is centrally cooled to @76 degrees pm and 78 daytime.this has proven to be optimal for most (if its too cold,or you don't want the ac on just notify us ,thanks for understanding.

.NO SHOES in the house .its a Hawaiian tradition.Trash should be taken out nightly to the trash house(just a 30 second walk or you have to drive right by bit every time you exit) ALL TRASH must be removed from the home upon checkout (including left over food,housekeeper charges $50 a bag if she has to throw away your trash.)Due to the exhorbitant cost of utilities (@5 X mainland )The home has central AC it is preset locked at 76/78 degrees,if thats too cold just let us know ,PLEASE keep doors and windows closed,if you would like the AC turned off so that you can open the doors and windows just let us know its no problem for us to turn off then back on if you so desire,electricity runs @ 5 times the cost as the mainlands,so keeping lights and fans off when noone home is greatly appreciated.IF you use the large colored beach towels (located in basket in entry way),just please shake sand outside and wash and dry them.before you leave (to avoid extra cleaning fee,)it saves our housekeepers over an hour because there are SOO many loads of laundry to do upon checkout,.WE ALL THANK YOU FOR THAT.PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT attempt to open the plantation shutters by pulling on the louvers they will break and its a $45 each one broken cost that will come from your deposit,so make sure none are broken when you arrive (or report it to us upon arrival so we dont think you did it and accidently charge you).Children seem to LOVE to pull on them and they will break so warn them please,also PLEASE do not let children play with the sea shells in the glass vases as the shells will break the vases resulting in an expensive replacement cost.THANK YOU .we certainly do not want to have to charge you for anything extra.Upon checkout Please put your dishes,silverware,pots,pans ,whatever in the dishwasher so that they can all be clean when housekeepers ARRIVE ,(this will also help us not have to charge you additional cleaning fees ).WE are available 24/7 for any problems,questions or issues,WE appreciate you taking care of OUR home as you would your OWN,have a fantastic time , Because Air BnB isn't yet set up to collect occupancy tax a separate request will be sent for the state tax of 14.4 % (new rate starting 2018) current is 13.42%

We travelled with 5 adults, 1 toddler, and two infants. Pros: BEAUTIFUL location. Perfectly arranged home with a beautiful lanai overlooking mountains and golf course. 3 huge empty walk in closets, one pack and play (for non standing babies only), and a separate kids room with 2 full size beds, equipped with toys, infant booster seat, books and sticker book. Great kitchen, location is next to St. Regis and some great beaches. Home has snorkeling gear, boogey board, 6 beach towels, two beach chairs and an umbrella, beach toys, bicycles and helmets. Community grill and kid friendly pool. Unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. We loved having those extra items to make the stay more enjoyable. Cons: Home located on the main traffic street. Falsely advertised AC. The AC is remotely controlled by host and guest has NO access to change the temperature. Difficulty at first getting host to change the temperature by 2 degrees and reluctantly set temperature after Airbnb got involved. Multiple stains on carpet prior to arrival throughout the home. Some dishes are chipped. Host was micro managing. Too much communication and if we didn't respond within a few minutes, he would text, call, and use Airbnb platform. We were overwhelmed with the AMOUNT of calls and texts we received on what was supposed to be our vacation. Host charges a cleaning fee, but also requests that guests wash and dry beach towels prior to departure. And strip bed linen. Host provides 3 detergent tablets for the washer (1 is to be used to wash his towels). Garage gate broke halfway through our stay and host "tried" to get it fixed after claiming we blew a fuse. With two infants and one toddler, it was difficult to constantly have someone hop out to shove their fingers under the garage door to lift it and then HOLD it open while the cars pull in and out. Garage door fell and almost hit a mom holding her 7 month old, thankfully we caught the gate falling in time. Take photos of EVERYTHING in the property upon arrival, including floors and cupboards (cups, plates, etc.) This will help avoid any confusion with this host upon checkout.

We have stayed in many places in Princeville and indeed in three units in this particular community. Kevin's place has the nicest layout of the bunch. Moreover, Kevin was very responsive. Guests should be aware that the master bedroom is backs to Ka Haku.

This place was great. Located close to the St Regis in Princeville, it's a five minute drive to the local supermarket. It has all the amenities needed and everything to cook at home. Beach towels are provided along with beach chairs and two parasols. The place is ver large with three large rooms and three bathrooms. The pool has BBQ. All in all this was a great place!

Our stay at Kevin and Cyn's condo was the perfect getaway. It is close to all of our favorite Princeville and Hanalei spots. The condo is huge, clean, with everything you could need for a beach vacation. We were so thankful for the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and bicycles. The complex is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a couple looking to relax. Kevin and Cyn responded quickly to any questions we had. Can't wait to come back!

we LOVE to travel ourselves ,and set up OUR HAOLI HALE as if it were our personal everyday you don't think you are in a rental unit but right at home with ALL the important amenities .We love to BBQ and nothing better than fresh Kauai fish .we LOVE the amazing hiking destinations and beaches and bike riding Kauai has to cant live without the warm Jacuzzi at days end
