Charming, contemporary, main door townhouse over three floors.
The townhouse forms part of a brewery originally built at the end of the 19th Century. In the 1980’s, the brewery was converted into homes winning an RIB Architect Award.
The conversion has been cleverly done using wood and wrought iron to create a comfortable home within a building of much history and character. The brewery's original hillside garden is retained with incomparable views over Edinburgh's skyline.
Gated courtyard with allocated parking space.
Gas central heating throughout.
Ground floor - hallway, shower-room with sink and WC, TV Snug with comfortable sofa bed (would suit two small children or one adult, two at a push!).
Middle floor- Large open plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave, dining area and sitting area.
Top floor - king-size bed, floor to ceiling wardrobes and en-suite shower room with WC and sink.
Zugang für Gäste
Guests will have full access to the entire property, the shared garden and the allocated car parking.
Interaktion mit Gästen

Given the unique layout and open plan nature of the townhouse, it is recommended that adults supervise any children or infants at all times.
The townhouse is located in a quiet, residential courtyard therefore, it is requested that noise be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
Runner, gin drinker and newly found Sushi enthusiast. Although rare for me to do all at the same time!
Love travelling and travellers from all parts of the globe. Favourite memory so far has been camping under the frosty stars in the Torres Del Paine National Park in Patagonia, South America. The views of the snow capped mountains I awoke to has stayed with me ever since.
