Please resist temptation to feed the iguanas, manatees & dolphins. Obey the laws.
Fishing at dock must be licensed and obey state and federal regulations. (such as, but not limited to, size restrictions for various species of fish)
Do not approach, feed, touch or bother manatees in any way. No lobstering allowed anywhere in our basin.
Do not flush anything but human waste down the toilets.
The kitchen sink does NOT have a garbage disposer, so please don't put anything but water in there. Use the hose extension to the kitchen faucet to reach all areas with water and avoid trying to turn the main faucet arm left and right. It should not move and trying to will do so will damage it.
Do not dump anything into the Tarpon basin.

There are plenty of open places to smoke outside if you have to. Please don't smoke inside the unit.
Please feed the fish, but only oats or things a fish would eat. Make sure that IF you throw fish parts in the water, please properly puncture all parts that will hold air so that all pieces sink!
Be courteous to neighbors with regard to late night noise, etc.
Please don't touch the davit gears, cables, wires, plugs or switches!!!
There will be a key available for you to lock your bedroom whenever you leave. It is very important you not lose that key or take it with you when you check out. There is a $25 CHARGE WHEN KEYS ARE LOST OR OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE FOR THE OWNER!

I love to scuba dive and snorkel and have decades of local experience as well as diving in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexico, Belize and Bali. I am an accomplished fisherman, although I don't fish as often as I used to. Biggest yet is a 533.5 lb. Blue Marlin. When I'm not on my 23 foot power boat, I love to kayak & sail. Life gives us a chance to create, so I specialize in photography, sculpture and painting. I also love to mess with photographs on the computer creating many enjoyable digital images. Food is one of the true pleasures of life, so I jump at the chance to eat fresh fish, sushi and good steaks too. One of the best parts of my travels is trying the local specialties.
