Sandwiched between Hove station and the heart of central Hove, this modern, beautifully presented one bedroom garden flat is the perfect base from which to explore the wonderful seafront and city of Brighton & Hove.

Der Wohnraum

The modern open plan kitchen and living room is a great space in which to relax, planning your adventures in the locality and beyond. The comfy sofa converts into a roomy double bed so up to four guests can enjoy the flat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Superfast, strong wi-fi signal available for guests. Large TV with BlueRay player if you're planning a chilled evening ... or go retro and play one of my many board games.

The double bedroom is comfortable and spacious with some wardrobe space to unpack into. Freshly laundered cotton sheets, pillow cases and duvets and towels to use. A hairdryer is available too.

Up the steps from the back yard and you find yourself in the flat’s own back garden with large seating area. Perfect for an evening glass of wine or two.

The flat is on the lower ground floor, down seven steps and so is not accessible by wheelchair.

Please only consume the breakfast foods on the side or in the fridge.
The bedroom's lefthand wardrobe is left empty for you to use.

Nigel's place is very clean and just as described. Location is perfect and local amenities are very handy. The local pub, The Exchange, does great food and beer.

The garden Flat is v cute and clean, good. Location for Beach shopping and nightlife would highly recommend and communication from Nigel great!

It was really nice to stay at Nigel's flat. His place was neat, tidy, convenient and lovely!We could enjoy both Brighton's lively beach and Hove's peaceful beach thanks to well connected bus.(The bus stops are really close from Nigel's flat) Nigel is a very friendly host as well:) Definitely want to stay again!

Excellent base to explore Brighton and Hove. The train station (Hove) is very very close and perfect for the 7 minute train to Brighton. The flat is open planned. Relaxing and easy to navigate. We received a wonderful welcome and quickly settled in well. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom good sized and very clean. Bed very comfortable and the provisions left (jam, butter, bread, milk, tea and coffee) were a wonderful touch! We highly recommend Nigel's flat as a perfect base to explore! We will definitely be back!
