Great location in central Phoenix - 10 minutes drive to Downtown and walking distance to the lite rail. The town home is in a gated community and has community swimming pool. Comfortable queen size bed in spacious private bedroom (13' x 13'). Share bathroom with housemate.
The private bedroom is 13 feet by 13 feet. Polished concrete floors in rooms. The living area is spacious. I am bringing in artwork to hang on the walls. We have a nice private Atrium Patio.

Occasionally, I have a guest staying in living room at night on couch.
No smoke in the house; however, we have a little atrium.
Common courtesy about noise. No horses allowed inside the house, unless its a service animal. ;)
I am Hispanic and bilingual, who grew up youngest of nine siblings, in a small Hispanic town NW of Phoenix. I purchased a town home in central Phoenix (close to downtown), while in graduate school, because I did not live in the suburb fighting morning or evening traffic. I wanted to reside in a diverse cultural neighborhood with ethnic restaurants, and be near the art scene.
I enjoy to dance. I wasn't a dancer until later in life after providing care giving for my parents. After they both passed away, I joined a gym to release stress and ended up in a Zumba class, which I enjoyed immensely. I probably did well because in my youth I learned Tai Chi Chuan and became more attuned with my body movement. More recently, I have been an appreciative student of Salsa, Merengue and Bachata.
I am a kind devout Catholic, gay male, and a candidate for 3rd Order Secular Franciscan who enjoys eastern philosophy/spirituality (Taoism, Buddhism, and Sufism). I have a technical background in statistics.
I am in between jobs, but starting to do some consulting, and renovated my town home during this period. I scraped the popcorn ceilings in my the living room, painted all the rooms, had electrician repair many of non-functioning outlets, and installed track lighting in the kitchen, removed tile and carpet and had the concrete floor grinded and polished, bought curtains. I have artwork that I have acquired over the years, and am waiting to bring in to hang on the walls. I enjoy my herb garden in the atrium patio. A friend of mind encouraged me to become a host with AIR-BnB while I am job hunting. I have been enjoying this because I get to meet people from different walks of life.
I have been sponsoring a refugee from Uganda, who is currently staying in Kenya awaiting for immigration to the United States. I also try to help a struggling artist who resides in San Miguel Allende. I am grateful for what I have and have an interest in learning more about mysticism.
I enjoy movies like Forrest Gump, Star Wars, Matrix, as well as foreign and independent films.
