Philippe is a great host, the apartment was clean and there was delicious cake, tea and coffee available when we arrived. It's a small but very pleasant space from which to explore Montmartre and Paris in general. The location is fantastic as it's near the metro and there are lots of cafes and shops nearby including a convenience store, bakery, fruit shop and pharmacy. We'd be very happy to stay there again.

First of all I have to say I'm so thankful that he can speak a pretty good English. Communication: The communication between us was as simple as it could be. He answered every call, message and/or mail. Arrival: Cause of an accident I arrived a bit later than I said. But he was waiting for me and came out to the street when I was there. He took a part of the luggage (he didn't have to). But he wanted to help. Furthermore he introduced the flat and explained how to use the TV, internet and the codes/keys. Also Philippe bought Bread, Coffee and Tea to have a great start in the new day after the first night in Paris. Flat: It is a small apartment in the fourth floor (there is an elevator) and it is located in the center of Paris, around 300 meters away from the sacre-coeur and to the next metro-station you have 200 meter to go, but there is a enough space for two people. Maybe you have to arrange with the condition that there are no doors except the entrance of the flat. I would say the decoration is typical France, definitely designed and chosen with the taste of fashion. Moreover the flat have a small balcony and the entrance is saved with good locks. The entrance to the building is saved with steal lattice bars and the second door is saved with a code. But with the key Philippe will give you, you don't have to use any code 'cause there is a transmitter in the key. To put it in a nutshell, I will book this apartment every time when I am going to visit Paris again.
