It is really unfortunate to see a 3 star review coming from a guest who has been as high maintenance as yourself prior to check in.
We were graceful and very patient with all your questions and answered accurately to provide you with the comfort of booking the unit. You asked us ALL these questions one by one in separate messages and they all went answered quickly.
1.Is there cable? Wifi? What are the cross streets please?
2. Is there free parking?
3. What would be the total then for my booking with parking?
4.Also is there a balcony?
5.What time is check in and can I check out at noon?
6.Is there AC? And what size is the bed in the bedroom?
7.Is it double? Queen? King?
8.What floor are you on please?
9.Also... is there a coffee machine and do you provide coffee?
10.Is it a regular coffee machine? And is there a parking spot? Can I come and go as I please for the parking?
11.Is there any way that I can check in earlier?
12.If not, may I check out later?

By taking a moment to read through the description of the property most of your answers would be clearly outlined, but in any case, we were respectful enough through the communication and took the time to answer them all.
**As for the balcony door; When you messaged us at very early morning hours (4-6am) stating the door doesn't open with a photo that you had attached, it clearly showed that you had already used the balcony since the living room chair was placed outside on the balcony. As also mentioned by your guest who was traveling with you, who communicated that the door did indeed open at first.
Perhaps, you had a hard time in the morning when you re-tried.
The whole in the wall was not there prior to your check in as you specified in your message:
We chose not to get into a dispute with you and let it be.
NB: The unit is inspected and cleaned after EVERY check out and clearly there was no whole in the wall and the door can open.
