This apartment is equipped for both winter and summer holidays and includes the supply of fresh linen, towels, carpets. Quilts are available for the winter period. Also on request we can provide for free a cot and highchair.
Other equipment worth mentioning and available all year round are a hairdryer, adapters, iron and broucher with maps and details, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
The accommodation has been recently refurbished and upgraded and fully licenses with MTA permits .Situated on the second floor of a smart and highly finished block served with lift.

The owner Paola or one of her assistants will be present for an informative guest check in, in which we will explain all the necessary details on how to use the house in it's full potential so you can have a comfortable stay. We will take the utility readings and a copy of the ID's or Passports and collect any outstanding fees ( such as Taxi & Eco Tax ) .Also we will give you some tips on how to go about and around.
Apart from this we are reachable by email, WHATS APP, VIBER and mobile phones just in case a need arises. which we try to answer in a timely manner.
On departure day or the day agreed with the guests ( in case of very early check outs) we will do a check out where the property is inspected, utility bills calculated & the security deposit ( if applicable ) is handed back to the guests.

RULES • This is a NON smoking accommodation, if you would like to smoke kindly use the back or front balconies / Yard where you will be provided with an ashtray. • Please do not dispose of cigarette buds onto the yards or street, if caught by local wardens fines will be imposed. • No drugs are allowed in the apartment or in any part of this block, may I remind you that are strictly illegal by Maltese Law. • Please show respect to your neighbors when entering the premises late at night or very early in the morning kindly keeps your voice down and don’t slam the doors. • NO loud music or excessive noise is allowed at any time, especially between 8 pm – 8 am. • Please do not use hard heeled shoes in the apartment during the night time between 8 pm – 8 am. • Please do not use the washing machine during the night time between 8 pm – 8 am. • No BBQ or parties are allowed on balconies or terrace. • It is not allowed to have guests in the premises without prior consent of the owner. Should there be more guests found in the apartment, the tenants will be charge double the daily rate. • Do not throw solids in both kitchen and bathroom drains such as rice, food, toilet paper and sanitary towels. Unblocking the drains will be at the tenant’s expense. • Although maid service is provided on check out, we expect that the apartment is handed over clean and In good condition as per check in, should the apartment be in a mess the tenants will be charged for the extra cleaning hours • Any damages caused by the tenants are to be deducted from the deposit, without prejudice to the owner should the damage be more expensive the deposit paid. In which case this has to be paid in cash before vacating the apartment GENERAL INFO • Kindly do not park any vehicles in front of the garages. • Please dispose of garbage at the times indicated. • If you do not know how to operate an appliance please contact us. • Should you have a problem with Internet, TV, Gas, Water or electricity please contacts us immediately, we will do our utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible. On the other hand kindly be advised that if a problem occurs between 8 pm – 8 am or there is the need to call a technician the matter can only be dealt with the next day after 9 am, and excluding Sundays. • Fresh linen & towels are provided once every 7 days, kindly leave the used towels and linen in the provided basket, and place it outside of your door so we can replace them that same day. If we don’t find the basket we can’t give you the fresh linen and towel. • Please do not take towels to the beach • Switch off air-conditioning units and lights before leaving the apartment, this will minimize utility bills. • Kindly use the proper adaptors in electrical sockets.
