Our contemporary end-of-terrace house was built in July 2016 as part of a colourful, exciting new urban development including a mix of residential, social and business spaces at South Bristol’s Paintworks site. The house is built on an innovative podium level street which has the advantage of being spacious, car-free and thus very quiet in the evenings and weekends. This location is ideal for a weekend treat - a perfect hideaway from the weekly hustle and bustle, or a central base for business travelers visiting the city for conferences.
The house is exceedingly clean and has brand new fixtures, fittings and amenities. It's a spacious and airy house with tripe-glazed windows, and contemporary wooden Scandinavian furniture throughout. Light, bright and pleasant during Spring and Summer yet cosy, warm and snug during Autumn and Winter. In the kitchen, all white goods are Bosch and includes: dish washer, electric hob and wall mounted oven/grill. Our guests can help themselves to complementary milk, tea and fresh coffee from our Sage coffee machine. Guests are welcome to use: pots and pans, crockery, utensils, glassware and cooking facilities (including hob, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.
There is fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout the house, multiple power points (for adapters and chargers), and a large dining table for meals / using lap tops.

The guest room accommodates one or two people – it has modern decor, is centrally heated and very cosy. Bed linen and high quality bath towels are provided. The double bed is comfortable and comes with four pillows. There is a large bay window seat which is ideal for reading, or looking out towards the park as the sun rises. There is a tall boy chest of drawers for storing clothing, and a bedside table with drawers and a reading lamp. Guests enjoy their own private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, with heated towel rail, mirrors and bath/shower facilities.
Use of large south-facing garden, including bench and outdoor furniture.
There is a visitor car parking available to all guests during their stay. The parking bays are located at ground level – close to the house. The site has 24-hour security. There is also a locked bike store in the under-croft which we can give you access to if you bring a bike.
