Yes, unfortunately the Vodafone company got a problem and could not provide a good internet service at the beginning (all completely external to our fault).
Despite we were claiming to Vodafone several days to fix the problem, as quick as possible, you told me that you were interested to leave the apartment after be there for 8 days, so you refused to attend the technician several times (hanging the phone an refusing to have one appointment with him in order he could go to the apartment and fix the problem).
You told us as well, that you want that we return to you the full reservation money, and I explained to you that for us, this was not a problem (we don’t want that our guest stay with us unhappy), but over the AIRBNB commission we could not return to you this, as we don’t have any control over this.
For this reason, was AIRBNB who explain to you the way that your money reservation will be returned to you.
I’m really sorry is finally the way that AIRBNB returned to you the money was not the one you liked, but I’m sure you will understand that we have not any control over this.
We try to made all possible to made you stay with us were nice (as all the guest that have been with us they had), but I’m sure you could understand that if Vodafone company got an internet problem, we could not made more than we did as is out our control/hands.
In any case, you will be welcome any time, as few days later the internet service was fix.
