-The fourth floor offers a balcony on the roof with a view you cannot beat! Perfect for enjoying a 360-view of the Gulf of Mexico and Corpus Christi Bay to take advantage of each sunrise and sunset on your vacation.
-The third floor features a large open concept living room, dining room and kitchen for all of your cooking, game playing, and relaxing. A balcony off of the third-floor living room offers an ocean-scented breeze. A half-bath is conveniently located on this floor as well.
-The second floor is all about resting and sleeping. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom includes a separate private balcony for a restful evening retreat. There are two guest rooms which share a full bathroom. The second floor also features a laundry area making it easy to dry bathing suits or wash clothes during your stay.
-The first floor offers a cozy, ground floor apartment with a unique atmosphere from the rest of the house. It has a private entrance. The room is large enough that it also offers a conversation seating area. The apartment sports a convenient kitchenette and entertainment with a 47-inch flat screen tv and BlueRay player and expanded cable service. The outdoor patio is Oceanside off the back of the apartment.

If Casino game night appeals to the adults, we offer in a locked cabinet a roulette wheel, professional poker chip set in an aluminum briefcase, ten decks of new regulation diamond cards, three 36x54 table felts with table clamps for Texas Hold-'Em, Black Jack, and Craps. There are 100-regulation white 16mm dice and 12 sets of polyhedral dice and much more. The kids have ten different card games to play.
-There is NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed in or on the premises.
-Village Walk DOES NOT PERMIT BOATS and TRAILERS.
-There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and 3-4 in the driveway (including golf cart rentals). The property manager will provide you with the necessary parking passes upon your arrival. Please note that golf carts count as vehicles.
