The apartment is on the Southside Apartments block accessed off Essex Street with secure entry points via the underground car park or directly through the main door from Essex St or St. John's walk.
The apartment is entirely yours to use as your own home during your stay.
There is 1 allocated secured parking spot available. Alternatively further car parking is available at Eurocarparks on Bromsgrove Street (bottom of your road – 1 minute walk) for £3 for all day.
You also have access to communal gardens which is secure and has fountain view.

One of my team will be present to check guests in and show you the main features of the apartment and to answer any immediate questions you may have.
Our interaction with you is as little or as you wish. We are at a hand to offer helpful tips advice or extra services on our dedicated helpline. Whilst you are at the apartment however we respect your privacy.

Lift or stairs to the 4th floor Apartment. Can be little noisy from outside on weekends.
•Strictly no parties within the apartment or building itself are allowed
•Strictly no smoking in the apartment (please use the courtyard area if you would like to smoke)
•Please respect neighbours. Noise kept strictly to a minimal after 10pm.
•Late check out can be arranged for £10 for every extra hour
•No pets are allowed.
•Guests are to leave the property the way given to them. If extra cleaning is required this will be chargeable to the guest at £50 for deep clean.
