Moment by moment life is a gift and I believe in enjoying myself. I love travelling and am blessed to combine my passion for teaching Yoga and Pilates to travel to far off exotic islands. I love travelling in Africa, hiking beautiful mountains and swimming in the bluest ocean imaginable. After completing a degree in anthropology I really love learning from people and meeting people of different cultures. Enjoy fine art and dancing. Nature is my biggest teacher and I spend a lot of time as close to nature as possible.
I am easy going, open and warm and embrace the opportunity of sharing some of Cape Towns most beautiful secrets with guests. I have travelled to many places and it always feels wonderful to come home to a City like Cape Town. It also feels better to feel at home where you are rather than a hotel vibe which is a little more clinical. Looking forward to helping you feel at home in this beautiful Mother City...
Embrace each day and enjoy yourself ...
