Adam - Thanks for your input. First off, our apologies for the unit stating that it had air conditioning. (For some reason this must have been the default setting when the listing when it was setup). Our fault completely. To be honest, I don't believe that there is a single building complex that has units with air conditioners. Mountain temps drop so low late in the day, and night, that it isn't necessary. As for airflow, if you open each side of the bay window, it seems to work perfectly. (bathroom fans are designed to reduce moisture and odor, not to be used for help improve air circulation). As for expensive equipment - We have a designated ski locker (with key) to lock and secure your items. If you need more secure space, (i'm not sure what type of equipment you're referring to) there are 2 secure garages (keypad code required) on each side of the building. Additionally, within one of those secured garages, there is a bike locker (key secured). Not sure what type of equipment you were trying to store in the lobby, yet am surprised all the above wasn't sufficient. Lastly, although I wouldn't agree that the kitchen cutlery is 'barely passable', we have a new set of steak knives purchased that will be replaced this weekend. Although there's no place that we would rather be, we've learned that mountain getaways aren't for everybody.
