Good location, near subway, buitifull garden next to the building but no access to it. The host wasn't helpful to resolve the problem with internet access in the apartment, so there were no Internet during our stay. The rest was ok!

We had no hot water apart from one day since we arrived last Saturday (ten days ago). No one responded to my call or email after the first time. We have a plumber coming for the second time today. The sink plugs do not work properly in main bathroom. The water pressure for bath and shower are terrible There is a leaking radiator in the main bedroom There are no keys to the communal garden despite asking you for them two weeks ago. This was one of the main reasons we rented your flat so this is totally unacceptable The cooker needs matches to light it but none were left here so we had to go out as soon as we arrived. There was no milk, bread and tea on arrival The wifi does not seem to work. I think someone has removed the server. I e mailed you messages before arriving which you did not bother replying to - generally the communication and service is very very poor. Sarah

Dear Sarah, I am shocked about this review. I always replied to all your messages on AirBnB to organise your check-in. On the day of check-in I've sent you a text saying: in case of any questions or problems, don't hesitate to call me, we're available 24/7 to help. You never called me except for the day before leaving, just to tell me an endless list of issues and ask for a refund. What kind of behaviour is this? This flat has great reviews and we always managed to have guests very happy! You are the very first person leaving a 1 star review and I am so disappointed about this! We went check the flat after reading your review and everything is working perfectly!!! Wi-Fi works perfectly as it did for all the other guests, the water pressure is normal, the sink plugs have a switch you have to turn on before they work (a call would have solved this in 30 seconds). The only real issue you wrote on the review is the garden keys not available at the moment cause unfortunately, as I explained you already on the day of check-in, they have been replaced recently and we are waiting for new keys to be sent to us by the building management. Milk and bread are not included and not mentioned in my description, so why complain about this? This is not a 5 star hotel or a bed&breakfast. It's a self-catering accommodation. Despite this we offer water, coffee and tea in all our flats but you didn't mention this, of course. Very sad to see some AirBnB users booking a flat for 4 people in central London for £200/night and then act like they were in a 5 stars hotel and kill our business and efforts with these kind of reviews. And you even asked for a refund! Very very disappointed

Excellent location. Tube and huge Tesco is just 5 mins away. The flat itself is a typical London 'old school' one - dusty carpets, squeaky wooden floors, tiny bathrooms etc. However the flat could be great as well if there would be no some minor defects and drawbacks here and there on every step. They were i) it was not properly cleaned up after previous tenants, ii) the maintenance company was slow in their replies and seems not working over the weekend, iii) there was no access to the beautiful private garden outside. Generally that sense of carelessness about the flat that what was annoying. Save for those little things everything was great. 4 out of 5 stars.
