Discovery Bay Resort offers all amenities including exercise room . games room . hot tubs . indoor and outdoor pool and saunas .. all of which are located on the third level for your enjoyment. We offer an underground parking stall and can also arrange a boat slip on request.

The property is located close to restaurants . bars . casino . theaters and all that downtown Kelowna has to offer .. within a 5 to 15 minute walk.

* Please Read * .. As we operate under the Hotel Motel Innkeepers Act .. we are required to charge taxes .. 5% gst . 2% hotel tax and 8% pst .. to our bookings. Once your reservation is accepted you will be notified of the exact amount owing. As there is not currently a section on Air Bnb that allows a property owner to add these taxes .. we need to invoice this amount separately .. and directly .. to the guest. A tax invoice will be sent prior to your arrival .. which will become due within 48 hours prior to your stay .. by e transfer only. - House Rules Damage Deposit .. H&L Condo Services Inc. will pre-authorize the amount of $500.00 on your credit card to act as a damage/cleaning deposit. This deposit will only be applied to offset any damages and/or additional cleaning. Deposits will be voided upon check out if all is in order. Cleaning Of Unit .. it is the responsibility of our Guests to keep the unit clean. Guests are required to wash and put away their dishes and take out their garbage. The suite should be left neat and tidy. Please do NOT wash the bedding. This will be done by our staff. Parking .. each suite comes with one (1) underground parking stall. Additional parking, depending on availability, may be purchased at a rate of $15.00 per day if registered before arrival. Do not park in any stall other than the one you have been given. Doing so will result in immediate towing. Quiet Time .. should be observed by all residents. Strata regulated quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am daily. No loud or boisterous activity or profanity is permitted within the common areas at any time. This includes hallways and sundecks. There is a zero tolerance policy. We operate under the Hotel Motel Innkeepers Act. Pools and Hot Tubs .. hours are posted at the facilities. Please check for the current hours of operation as they do change. There is no glass allowed. Plastic and cans are permitted. There is no smoking on pool decks. Please put garbage in containers provided. Decks and Patios .. please do not hang or throw articles (towels) over the glass railings. No garbage on decks at any time. Bikes are not to be stored on your deck or in your unit – they can be securely stored in the parkade. Equipment in the suite .. there is to be no interference at any time with any of the TV equipment in the suite. If you require any assistance with the TV or any other equipment, please contact our offices at the number or email above. We kindly ask that you do not operate the dishwasher or washing machine unless you are in the suite. Illegals .. drugs or under age consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated. There is a zero tolerance policy and failure to comply may result in termination of stay with forfeiture of all monies paid.

Cynthia Anne's unit was really great! The location was perfect. I loved that it had a view of the pool and lake too. There was a nice large deck with patio table. I liked having the breakfast bar. We would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend it!!

I would like to thank Erica who made us feel welcome on our arrival and a big thanks also to Lilian who's always happy to help us with any of our questions. She is a very lovely lady although we only spoke over the phone. Our family had a great vacation at your condo. The views are spectacular. More than what I expected! My 12 year old son who is hard to please was in awe of the place. I was so happy to see his face lit up with excitement and appreciation. Our stay was very convenient due to its location. Everything - the beach, the lakes, the parks and restaurants are all with in walking distance. This vacation was definitely one to cherish for a life time. We would definitely come back!

Ideal view! Unobstructed is right! View of the lake and mountains was great, we spent most of our time out on the balcony. The pool is directly in front of the balcony and there are a lot of families and kids, so can get noisy during the day. But didn't bother us and condo rules shut down the pool at a reasonable hour so never any worry about noise at night. Excellent location, walkable to most things downtown. We didn't try very hard to find a grocery store, but there was a liquor store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Furnishings are a bit tired and the linens, towels and glassware/plates etc were all quite old. Otherwise is a fabulous space and we would stay here again.
