You can keep your car parked for the duration of your stay, as the Village Stroll, a pedestrian-only promenade lined with shops and restaurants that winds into the heart of the Village, begins at your footsteps. As well, it is only an eight-minute walk to the lifts, and The Marketplace, Whistler's largest shopping centre, is also located across the stroll. The condo is just minutes from three world-class golf courses, and the Valley Trail system, allowing for easy access to hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails, etc.
Some of the features of the condo include a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, gas fireplace, WiFi internet access, 2 Flat screen TV's, and a DVD player. As well, guests have access to the fitness centre, hot tub, underground secured parking, bike storage and front desk services and check in.
Your private balcony overlooks the village stroll and Olympic Park where there is a free ice skating rink in the winter and free concerts in the summer.

PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
Security/Damage Deposit: A damage/security deposit of $500 is required. This is done in the form of a pre-authorization to your credit card prior to your arrival. It is not an actual charge to your credit card at that point, but it is a “hold” of funds against your card’s available balance. We will not convert this to a charge to your credit card unless there is damage to the townhome or any missing items. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account. This deposit is not applied towards the rent.
No charge will be made to your credit card with regard to damage provided the following are met:
a)No damage is done to the townhome or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b)No charges are incurred due to contraband, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c)All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers in the garbage and recycling room, and any soiled dishes are cleaned.
d)All keys are placed on the key rack in the front entrance. The cost of replacing a lost key is $200
e)Condo must be locked upon departure.
f)No linens are lost or damaged.
g)NO early check out or check in
h)The Maximum number of guests shall be 4 (four)
i)The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by Town Plaza. Any fines by the strata during the stay will be charged to your credit card.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE –
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
