Welcome to our House. We wish you a nice stay. Please inform us if you have special needs or proposals.
Our house is a private home. We therefore kindly ask you to respect our privacy and to read these rules carefully.
• At our guests’ disposal
Beside your own room you may use the bathroom, shower, sitting room, kitchen and the garden.
In the kitchen there is a microwave, kettle, cooker, oven, washing machine, fridge, tray of coffees and teas for your use.
• Room cleaning, bath towels and bed linen
The rooms are cleaned every few days (on your choice) . Bath towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week.
Please inform us if you need new towels or bed linen in the meantime. It is not allowed to take our towels to public swimming pools.
• Smoking, Alcohol
Please take note that you are staying in a non-smoking house. You may only smoke in the terrace. Use of large amount of alcoholic drinks and other intoxicants in the Guest House is strictly prohibited.
• Rest hours
There are no restrictions as to what time guests can come and go. It is common courtesy to be quiet if you are returning late at night. We kindly ask you to avoid any noise between 11 pm and 7 am. Also please avoid noise pollution during day time too. As other guests might be having rest at this time.
• Damages
Please inform us of any damaged item so that we can repair or exchange it. Wilful or serious damages will be charged. If you lose the keys, you will be charged for doors locks replacement.
• Not allowed
It is not allowed to dry clothes on the furniture, as it can cause color damage of surface. If you need to dry your clothes, please ask us for folding dryer. Or for a small amount we offer you a laundry service.
• Liability for personal belongings and items of value
We disclaim any liability for personal belongings and items of value left in your room. Please lock your room when you leave the house.
• Other
Please, wipe your shoes when you enter the house. Do keep your space neat.
Please, do the dishes after you finish your meal, tea, snack etc.

The accommodation is close to the bus station where you easily connect to the train station. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean. We loved the fish and chips place right at the corner. Very convenient for hungry students.
