This comfy downstairs studio, attached to the main house, has its own entrance and gravel driveway. You'll love the quiet, serene neighborhood, separated from the noise by fir, cedar, and pine trees, with a view of the bay, farm and wild life. Deer frequent the house, especially during summer. Equipped with a luxurious bathroom, full kitchen and appliances, washer and dryer, brand new ductless heating and A/C, high speed internet with cable TV, Xfinity OnDemand, Roku.
Tracyton Heart, named for being in the center of everything, just on the edge of the border for urban/rural. It's located on a private dead end road in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. From your large private deck, you'll have a peek a boo view of the Puget Sound and a rustic pasture. The yard contains beautiful fir, cedar, and pine trees, as well as a few fruit trees. Deer, birds (including eagles), and squirrels all frequent the yard. The neighborhood donkey can be heard on occasion.
You will walk from the graveled parking area up the concrete steps to the private, covered deck and into your new space. The private studio is fully equipped with all the accommodations of an executive rental. Fresh sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker, sheets, iron, etc. are provided. The apartment has a washer and dryer and dishwasher for your convenience. Did we mention the sheets are 100% cotton?
The apartment has a fully functional office, including a printer (and some printer paper) and scanner. Various office supply items can also be found in the desk. The luxurious tile bathroom has a stand alone shower and a soaker tub, a double sink and plenty of lighting. The walk-in closet is located between the bathroom and the bedroom.
The full kitchen has a coffee maker, portable grill, blender, mixer, cooking ware, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, spices, breakfast foods, kitchen utensils and other items for your convenience. There is a quaint dining area. High speed internet with cable TV, Xbox One, Roku and a Nintendo Wii console are provided.
There are many local parks with trails and/or waterfront near the apartment. Lions Park is a waterfront park just down the street with a fantastic track, picnic areas and sporting areas. The Olympic national park is about 1.5 hours away where you will find the breath taking Hurricane ridge and the very relaxing Sol Duc Hot Springs. Mount Rainier is about 2 hours away. The Hood Canal Bridge is about 30 minutes away. Seattle is a relaxing ferry ride away packed with beautiful views. The San Juan islands are about 3 hours away, but a wonderful hiking/backpacking/camping excursion. There are ferries between all the islands. There is a small mountain about a half hour away from the apartment called Green mountain.

I love to meet guests on the day of check-in to give a tour of the home. If you would like to meet me in person, please let me know. Otherwise, I can provide the code to the lock-box on site. Please let me know your preference.

I will respond to requests as promptly as possible. Email, text, phone calls will all be answered as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that I have 3 small children to juggle, so I may not be able to respond right away.

The house is an older building. We're working on some renovations still. The floorboards upstairs are creaky. Neighborhood donkey can be heard sometimes.
Upon Confirmed Reservations, guests will have to sign a Vacation Lease Agreement. Lease can be sent via email and signed electronically using Docusign. If you would like the exact text of lease prior to confirming reservation, I can email it to you.
Quiet time before 6am and after 10pm.
