Located just steps to the beach, this two-bedroom beachfront condo has everything you need to have a perfect vacation. Whether you are visiting La Jolla for a romantic getaway, with your family, or just yourself, this is a wonderful rental.

The 850 square foot condo has been decorated to provide comfort and style. The master bedroom has a large flat screen TV, king sized bed, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and shared bathroom. An air mattress can be provided for a small additional fee to provide extra sleeping space for one adult or two children. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The condo also boasts a 500 square foot patio with gas grill, outdoor furniture, and a private hot tub for two.

Stroll up the street to famous Prospect Avenue just a few minutes away. Hosting five-star restaurants, world class shopping, the legendary La Valencia Hotel, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, the quaint village of La Jolla offers endless options for your holiday enjoyment.

In addition to the amazing shopping and dining, the location is perfect for the outdoor activity enthusiast. You will find some of the world's most picturesque coastlines, fitness centers, and a tennis park just minutes away. Nearby ocean activities also include sea kayaks, body board and surfboard rentals, and snorkeling and scuba diving. Or, just relax on the grassy bluff which is perfect for a beach family picnic or enjoyment of an amazing La Jolla sunset.

Additional amenities for the condominium include wireless internet (WIFI), reserved parking and a separate private entrance with digital keypad.

•This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.

Nice condo - smaller than photos show - having parking spot and outdoor patio very nice - close to everything - no AC can be an issue when warm - u must sleep with windows open - can be noisy - fans are provided - but - no AC an issue - laundry room in basement garage not convenient either -

The apartment was nice, wished it had bigger windows and better day light. It is in a good location
