Welcome to our Applecross home. Your private apartment is attached to the main house, whilst being completely separate and secure. You will enjoy the ultimate in quietness, privacy and seclusion in every room of the apartment.

Applecross is one of Perth's premier suburbs with an array of cafes and restaurants only a short walk away, easily accessible by foot day or night.

Fully air-conditioned, with flat screen TVs in the lounge and bedroom, you may never want to leave.

This cosy apartment is nestled into the side of the main house and will easily accommodate up to two people in absolute comfort. There's a private entrance which is accessible 24hrs a day. Lighting design ensures that you have complete privacy in all rooms of the apartment. Wi-Fi internet access is available in all areas.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and boasts a King Size bed, flat screen LCD TV, abundant in-built storage, workspace area, and of course is air-conditioned. The room receives sunlight from the in-built electric skylight which is fully customisable via the remote control. Choose anything from fully open to fully closed, from bright sunshine to complete blackout, all with the swipe of a finger and never having to get out of bed. Great for travellers who want to sleep in.

The King bed can also be split into two King size single beds should you not wish to be up close and personal with your fellow traveller.

Located on the ground floor, the bathroom has toilet and shower and comes complete with all amenities and towels.

The main lounge area has a three seater leather couch with in-built recliners - really great for watching the wall mounted LCD TV. The area is fully air-conditioned.

The kitchen has everything you’ll need for some home style cooking including complementary coffee and tea. Gas stove, gas oven, large microwave, all utensils, plates and cups are all provided in the kitchen.

A combined washer/dryer is located in the kitchen area for guests to use as they wish. Laundry detergent is supplied upon request.

Off street parking is reserved for guests at the front of the property and with the circular driveway, there’s no reversing, simply drive in and drive out.

The apartment has outdoor sensor lighting and a large security screen over the main door. Open the front door at any time with peace of mind.

This is a perfect little apartment. Set back in a beautiful street, it's well appointed and extremely comfortable. Food options are close by, we will definitely stay again.

This is the second time we've stayed at Andrew's place and we've had another very enjoyable, relaxing stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything you need! Great location in a safe area to walk at night. Loved the beach walk too, one street away. Also handy for us that the bed could be split into 2 single beds. Heaters worked well and quiet neighbourhood.
