Before blaming airbnb, Ron and Marilyn should read description CAREFULLY ! Stella di Natale described as "The biggest part of the house" and included two - to three bedrooms and Sitting?Dining room and two bathrooms. RUSTIC described as a DOUBLE room with guests "WELCOME to use sitting room". Deluxe Room described as a BIG bedroom(25 sq m!) with King size bed, a built-in wardrobe and a sitting area, facing quiet court yard. The guests of the Deluxe room have the Sitting/Dining room (36 sq m) (EXCLUSIVELY for their use". This is for what you paid 45 euros. If it seems "Rustic" to you, for most of people it is not. If the water feels colddish In the morning, it is a good idea to wait a little bit before using a shower, as in a big house in a country it takes some time for water to run hot - you should ask me if it was a problem, but you had chosen not to. You didn't use shower on first morning otherwise, you would discovered this before, but you noticed that in the evenings it was hot (because it was used along the day!) I suppose, the issues with a cleanliness in the shower area you mentioned, is that of water temperature? Otherwise, I have no idea what are you talking about - the shower room is always sparkling clean. It is absolute rule for me to clean and desinfect EVERYTHING there, including the space under the drain cover! after each visitor - There is ABSOLUTELY no way it could be otherwise! And all my previous guests always noted this. So, you think you paid too much for what you had? Let me remind you, that apart from a huge area was given to you for your exclusive use (not mention the fact that on the whole first floor nobody disturbed you either) you, actually, had absolute privacy everywhere in the house. You seemed disappointed that only French breakfast included in price, and having paid 5 euros for boiled egg, omlet with sausage, cereal, toast, butter, jam, juice, coffee is far too much. Also it is outrageous that 10 euros for a three course dinner does not include a bottle of wine! Is it? Maybe the dinner was not as big and sophisticated as you would have in a restaurant, but it was conveniently served to you after you came tired of a long journey.. Seems like you expect everything being for free, including over using electricity without need, having lights on everywhere and leaving the laptop switched on and charging overnight. And the last one, I tried to be a kind hostess and told you not to worry about the wall light which you knocked down (may be it was not fixed very tight - I don't know - but it was in place, now it needs to be repaired and paid for that) I certainly wouldn't mention this before, but you seem not appreciating things.. Specially as you are not going to use airbnb, which I personally find the BEST website in the industry, the website with a club spirit, where, looks like like, you don't fit... Thank you.
