Khalid, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at my condo. I apologize your stay was not consistent with my previous guests which typically reflects a 5-star rating. While I didn’t see any insects prior to or after your stay, I have taken your feedback and had an exterminator treat for ants and other insects which unfortunately are common in NM. I have also taken your feedback about the beds and added new pillows, mattress pads, and more comfortable bedding.
While I appreciate your feedback, I do not appreciate the detrimental outcomes which resulted from your stay at my condo, which is my 2nd home. My condo was destroyed and completely trashed. Several items and pieces of furniture were broken and irreplaceably ruined. The collective damages caused during your stay resulted in significant remediation and restoration of my condo. I have never experienced this level of disrespect or disregard by a guest.
All in all, I strive to provide the best stay as possible for my guests and will continue to do so. My condo is a welcoming home in a beautiful city and I am happy I can continue to provide a positive experience for future visitors.
