The Sand Patch is a colorful and ideal for a vacation or short-term stay. The home is just a short walk from famous La Jolla Shores Beach and Kellogg Park, an enjoyable stroll from great dining and people watching. The Sand Patch put you in a great environment and location with easy freeway access so if you want to venture out to see San Diego's other attractions you can do so without much hassle. The beautiful village of La Jolla with its shops, markets, galleries and restaurants is far enough away to remove you from any frenzy but close enough to take off a longer walk and enjoy.
Once you arrive at Sand Patch you will feel like you are somewhere different and from that moment begin to relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy breakfast under a wide market umbrella on your front deck and take in the peek views of La Jolla Cove. Then, after a day out or at the beach retire to the back patio to barbeque, read and dine alfresco. Outdoor lighting and speakers will enhance the mood. The property is fully fenced and gated offering you privacy and security. You are in a small, private haven once you close the gate behind you. An outdoor hot and cold shower offers a refreshing alternative for cleaning-up after a quick dip in the ocean. This is a great place to take in the good, year-round weather of La Jolla. Open your French doors to pick an orange off the tree and take in the fresh air and warm sunshine.
The living area has beautiful hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace and plenty of windows make for a striking living area. Relax on the comfortable sofa to read, listen to music or watch cable. Seat 8 around your long dining table, ideal for entertaining friends and family. This home has a modern cook's kitchen with ample counter space, stainless steel appliances and a large side-by-side fridge. You'll find everything you need to cook up a storm and serve your meals attractively. The cooks get to watch the world go by through large windows that open onto the front deck.
This beach house has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with built in Plantation Shutter closets and french doors that lead to the back patio plus television with full cable channels and ceiling fan. The second bedroom offers two colorful twin beds, built in closet and ceiling fan. The living room also has a sofa sleeper to create additional sleeping space if needed. The rooms are light and airy - perfect for a beach retreat. All of your linens, towels and bedding are provided.
There is high-speed internet access throughout the property for your laptop computer. This home also includes off street parking for one car in the driveway. This home has forced air heating but does not have air conditioning, due to it's proximity to the beach.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
•No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
•Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
•Bikes are available to rent at an additional fee
•This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
