Welcome to your Tropical Oasis! This 3 bedroom + Bonus Room, 2 bathroom home boasts an ideal location just a stroll from the beach, spacious accommodations, and a truly luxurious experience. Wander this seaside community for great dining and quaint shops, soak in your private hot tub, or catch some sun in your sprawling grassy back yard.
Upon entering your tropical paradise, you'll be greeted by the home's Great Room, featuring stunning vaulted ceilings, travertine floors, and large sun filled windows. The living area boasts a plush sectional sofa- the perfect spot to cozy up by the fireplace or relax with a good movie on the Flat Screen TV. Just off of the living area is one of the home's balconies, offering a cafe table for two and views over the seaside neighborhood to the sparkling blue Pacific. The Great Room also features the well appointed kitchen and dining area. The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen features high end appliances, including a double oven, gourmet gas cooktop, and stainless steel refrigerator, and all of the amenities you could need to cook up the perfect meal. The spacious wrap-around granite countertop makes for the perfect breakfast bar, offering seating for 4. Adjacent to the gourmet kitchen is the formal dining area, featuring a table for 6 and large glass sliding doors out to the charming back patio.
The home's Master Retreat boasts a luxurious Queen size bed, Flat Screen TV, and two Walk-In closets. The Master Bathroom, just through one of the spacious walk-in closets, features a shower and large vanity with dual sinks. The Second Bedroom features a comfy Full size bed, ample storage, and access to the stunning back patio just across the hall. The Third Bedroom features 2 Twin size beds, TV, and large mirrored closets. Sun filled glass sliding doors offer private access to the back patio and yard. The Bonus Bedroom, which can also be used as a Den, is located just off of the Master Bedroom. Separated from the master bedroom by privacy drapes, this space features plush seating, Flat Screen TV, and a comfy sofa that can be converted into a Queen size bed. The additional guest bathroom is conveniently located off of the hall, central to the guest bedrooms.
The home's outdoor space offers a setting perfect for gathering and enjoying San Clemente's sunny weather. The brick back patio features dining for 6, a gas BBQ, and a bubbling private hot tub. Follow the brick path down to the home's breathtaking backyard. Sitting on a lot over 8,000 square feet, the back yard boasts a built in fire pit with seating and a spacious well manicured lawn,the ideal spot for outdoor games or lounging in the sun. Off street parking for 2 cars in garage and driveway. .

While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
