Sand Patch Two features a lovely queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. (There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area). Enjoy other luxury features like a living area with a fireplace and flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and hardwood floors throughout. For your convenience, the home has a laundry area, complimentary high speed WiFi, beach equipment and more! You’ll enjoy spending as much time indoors as outdoors with a patio and back patio surrounded by fruit trees and landscaping. Best of all, beach, parks, shops and restaurants are a short walk from Sand Patch Two.
FIRST BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
The First Bedroom features a Queen sized bed, fitted with luxury linens and pillows, and matching bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock, surrounded by large windows boasting luscious views of the yard. Across from the bed is a full sized dresser and a TV with Full Cable. For additional storage, this room also offers a large closet. All fine linens and pillows for each bed and towels for the bathroom are provided. The bathroom, conveniently located off the hall between the two bedrooms, features a modern sink fixture with a mirror and a Shower and Tub.
The Second Bedroom features 2 Twin sized beds, each with a matching nightstand and reading lamp. A large closet and full sized dresser provide ample storage space, while large windows and a ceiling fan keep this space bright. This room also features direct access to the back patio.

Located just off of the kitchen, the garage has been improved and can be used for overflow sleeping on an air mattress or storage. The home has a large window, ceiling fan, and a writing desk with chair.
LIVING ROOM FEATURES:
This spacious room features a comfy overstuffed Leather Sofa- which can also be converted into a Queen-sized bed- and coffee table, across from the long wooden entertainment center, under the large Flat Screen TV with Full Cable. The entertainment center offers a DVD player and Home Stereo. Two matching armchairs and end tables frame the wood-burning Fireplace, while long windows on each wall let the sunlight pour in. Opposite the Fireplace, near the entrance of this open space, is a beautiful long wood table with seating for 8.
The bright Fully Furnished, Eat-In Kitchen features plenty of counter space and large windows with views of the Front Patio. The kitchen is equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with Ice Maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, and a double basin sink. All utensils, cookware, glassware, dishes, and any small appliances and kitchen amenities you may need are provided. In addition to the upgrade appliances and the beautiful cabinetry, this space also offers a table for 4.

•Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
•This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
