Enjoy spectacular ocean views from this spacious, bright and airy remodeled single level 1900 square foot home on a quiet street in a million dollar neighborhood. This property is great for families to vacation together and is very child friendly.

The great room features comfortable seating, pool table, fireplace and a new 60 inch Smart TV. The dining table seats 10 and also has an ocean view. Step out to the large covered deck with your morning coffee or evening cocktail and enjoy the ocean breeze and amazing views.

The front yard has a garden patio and features ocean views with a BBQ area for grilling and chilling.

The bright kitchen has all modern appliances, lots of counter and storage space, and all you need to meet your culinary desires.

Satellite TV in every room, wifi access throughout home, yard and deck. All TVs are new with all the apps, Netflix, etc. Don't miss your favorite show while on vacation.

The master suite has a 65 inch Smart TV, ocean views, access to the deck and a couch that will adjust to lay flat for an extra bed if needed.

The second bedroom is also roomy and has two queen beds and a couch to sit and watch the 40 inch Smart TV.

There is a full bath in the master with both a tub and a separate shower. And of course all bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with quality clean linens for your ultimate comfort.

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, and a 2 car garage plus additional driveway space for an RV or boat.

This beautiful beach home comfortably sleeps six, with a maximum occupancy of 8.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!

It's an ideal location just off the Pacific Coast Hwy, yet on a very quiet tree-lined street in a beautiful neighborhood. Enjoy the ten minute walk to the Strands Beach. Salt Creek Beach is just north of Strands where you can catch the trolley in the parking lot (next to the Ritz Carlton) and get a free ride (round-trip) into Laguna Beach where you will find endless shops, restaurants, art galleries and more beaches!

Put on your sneakers and walk towards town and there are several award winning restaurants including Luciana's (Italian) or the new Craft House (steak & seafood) both are about 9 minutes on foot. A couple minutes further takes you to Cannons or The Chart House restaurants where you can dine on the cliffs above beautiful Dana Point Harbor.

The harbor offers endless entertainment and activities ranging from whale watching, deep sea fishing, sailboat, kayak or paddle board rentals. There is also a baby beach, a Marine Ocean Museum and seasonal music, arts and tall ship festivals.

Don't want to brew your own coffee? Starbucks or JJ Beans are just straight down the hill, 6 minutes on foot - two coffee houses, I'm not kidding!

Being centrally located between LA and San Diego and close to the 5 Freeway has its advantages. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Seaworld, Hollywood and Universal Studios are all not far away and make excellent day trips.

Are you a surfer? Then wax your board and take a quick drive to Salt Creek for some world class surf. Doheny Beach is another local favorite or load up the woody and head south on the 5 it's only 20 minutes to surfer paradise - Trestles Beach in San Clemente. Or head north to Huntington Beach (AKA) Surf City USA!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.

This place was even better in person. The location is perfect, very close to the harbor, the beach and the Pacific Coast Highway. The home was very clean and well decorated. The couch in the living room was EXTREMELY comfortable! There is no air conditioning (which is normal for that area), but there were plenty of windows and fans to get the air flowing. The deck was cozy with good furniture and a beautiful view of the hills and the ocean off to the side. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities, even small things like salt and pepper and other things like that, made the stay easier! Plenty of plates and cooking utensils. The master bedroom was huge! And the bed very comfortable. There were many windows, which was great for a cool breeze to cool off the house, but just have to be careful for privacy since the homes are super close together. Although, it was a very quiet neighborhood! The bathroom was updated and very nice. Water pressure wasn't all that great in the stand up shower, but they had a second shower/tub combo in the master bath that we didn't try. We didn't have anyone stay in the guest room, but it looked really big and comfortable with 2 double beds and a small couch. Guest bath was also updated. Front yard was much more adorable in person. The picture didn't do it justice. They could use some new outdoor furniture in the front, but it was still nice. Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing place to stay!
