Enter the gate to this home and find yourself in a lovely patio area with a couple of comfortable lounge chairs where you can relax and soak up the California sunshine and enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes waft around you.
As you walk up to the entrance you find yourself on a large side well-appointed patio with all you need for al fresco dining any time – a table for 4, a barbecue, and some umbrellas to shade you from the afternoon sun.
Enjoy the beach inspired décor as you enter the “great room” from this side patio area. The living room has lots of comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV, and a fireplace for your enjoyment. The adjacent dining area for 4 invites you to enjoy the sun streaming in during most times of the year.
The modern, fully updated kitchen has everything you need to meet your culinary needs. The breakfast bar for 4 adds seating so 8 people can eat together or it can be used as a great perch from which to converse with others in the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, outside patio access, a ceiling fan for your comfort, and a flat screen TV. It is accompanied by a newly updated en suite ¾ bath with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two double beds, a desk, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV and outside patio access. The third bedroom has a twin trundle bed, a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV also. This home comfortably sleeps 8 if two people share each double bed - 6 if they don’t.
These two bedrooms share a nicely updated full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. High quality bed and bath linens are provided throughout for your ultimate comfort. There is also a washer and dryer which is shared by the other two units in this complex.
Here you will find everything you need to enjoy the sun, the sea, and a lovely seaside village too. This is a great spot for families as it has all sorts of toys to enjoy - boards, sand toys, and also all you need to be comfortable at the beach – a cooler, umbrella, chairs, and beach towels too! And there is no need to leave your pup at home as pets are welcome too!

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
There is 1 parking space with additional street parking.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
