French doors open to multiple outdoor spaces for true, unobstructed indoor/outdoor living - also making it easy for family and friends to be together.

Enter this recently remodeled 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2,730 square foot home with high ceilings, natural light-filled spaces, and gorgeous European white oak flooring through the front gate, where you can immediately take in the beautiful fenced, stone patio space.

Enter the home through Dutch doors to a spacious entry that takes you into a stellar great room with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room features lots of comfortable wrap-around cluster seating, a fireplace, and a large flat screen TV for you to enjoy.

An adjacent dining room that seats 6-8 has large French doors that open to the patio. Here, and throughout this home, soft breezes from the nearby ocean will envelop you, inviting you to take a few breaths and relax.

A gourmet kitchen with a large island, double oven, large pantry, and an eat-in breakfast nook makes it super easy to fulfill your culinary needs. All you need do is add the food and camaraderie.

There is a queen bedroom on the main level with an en suite bath, as well as a guest bathroom on this level.

The queen master bedroom with a full en suite bath and walk-in closet is on the second floor. There is a large ocean view patio off this bedroom with plenty of seating – a beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening libation.

Two other queen bedrooms are located on the second floor, as well. There are ceiling fans in these rooms, and they share a guest bathroom. The last bedroom has a queen sofa sleeper, should anyone want additional privacy. This home comfortably sleeps 8.

A washer and dryer are available for your use and there is off street parking as well.


It is 1.5 blocks to a beautiful oceanfront (Fletcher’s Cove) which isn’t all what well known, so it feels special to be there. Its large, beautifully decorated and furnished outside patio is the perfect place to enjoy California living - the perfect compliment to very inviting indoor spaces, too. It is close to the beach, great restaurants and shops, parks, and has easy access to freeways and the Amtrak train station if you wish to enjoy the many world-class attractions of San Diego, and even the LA area.

PLEASE NOTE: Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM for this property and, therefore, use of the outdoor area (including the Jacuzzi, fire pit, and seating) is prohibited after 9:30 PM in an effort to respect our surrounding neighbors.

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.

This home has no air conditioning due to the moderate coastal climate.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. * Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.
* Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. (For applicable properties)
***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.

This place is perfect. Close to the beach, close to US 101. It's beautiful, clean, luxurious.
