This modern and beautifully appointed 4 bedroom 3.75 bath home just 8 blocks from the ocean showcases ocean views from almost all rooms as well as from two well-furnished decks that run the full length of the house.
Add a game room and the home’s central location in the coveted Sunset Cliffs neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shops and grocery stores, and you have all you need for a perfect coastal vacation.
As you enter this 3100 square foot home located on a very quiet street you will find yourself in a cheerful dining nook for 4 next to a fully appointed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a bonus indoor grill. Everything you need to meet your culinary needs is here – all you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie.
The dining/living room area, with floor to ceiling glass walls/doors showcases a beautiful ocean view, as well as access from both rooms to the main full-length deck with lots of comfortable seating and a lovely fire pit. Add a 60” wall mounted flat screen TV and a fireplace and you have an ideal place for everyone to be together – inside and out.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, two with sliding door access to the main floor deck so you can enjoy the ocean views, breezes, and stellar sunsets from your bed or the deck.
The 1st bedroom has a king bed, a 55” wall-mounted TV, and a large closet. A 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and a 48” wall-mounted flat screen. There is a ¾ bath with a large walk-in shower and a ½ bath with a washer and dryer on this wing.
The 3rd main floor bedroom – a master king - has a ¾ en suite bath, and a 55” wall-mounted TV, as well as sliding door access to the deck for ocean and sunset viewing.
As you go downstairs to ground level a great room/4th bedroom greets you. This area has a bar counter with a sink, a fireplace, a 60” wall-mounted TV, and lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy them all. The 4th bedroom, a queen, is here too. There is also a ¾ bath with a walk-in shower on this level.
A door from this area opens into a game room with darts and a scoreboard, and a ping-pong table. There is also a small child sized resting nook in the game room that may provide extra sleeping capacity.
Both of these ground level rooms have sliding door access to a 2nd full length, well- outfitted ocean view deck with pool access, a fire pit, a dining table for 8, and a barbecue.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
