Dear Mr Bryan, according to your feedback that the master bedroom air-conditioning not being cold during your stay, we did offered to exchange room for you immediately as we do standby rooms for such wear and tear or unpredictable issues. Even so you had rejected our offer, citing that it's late at night and your child was sick and asleep. We understand your concern and accepted your rejection. We did sent the person in-charge over the next day morning to follow up on the situation. Oddly enough, you chose to speak outside of the unit citing inconvenience and what is the point of checking the air-con when you are going to check out soon. As told by you, the rest of the rooms air-con are cold only the master bedroom not cold. In fact, the 3 air-condition units is sharing the same compressor, it's either all cold or all not cold condition. Suspecting something amiss, we went to the unit for inspection right after your check out, and we noticed that the lights were left on, fan turning, heater switch not off etc.. and the master bedroom air-condition, it's definitely in good condition.
