Apartment ELLE is situated in a small and peaceful historical village called Prcanj,6km far from the Old Town of Kotor.The apartment is at only few steps from the sea,on the 1st floor of a family house with beautiful garden,and it consists of two bedrooms, open air living room and kitchen, big bathroom and 3 balconies (two with a magnificent sea view). It is fully equipped WiFi, cable TV, DVD,coffee/tea maker, oven,toaster, kettle,washing machine...Some books and dvds are at guests' disposal.
The apartment is on the first floor of a family house, with a private entrance and (URL HIDDEN) is sunny and bright, clean and spacious.
For past ten years I work in a tourism, and for 5 years I work as local guide here in Montenegro. This makes me feel capable of offering rightful information to people visiting Montenegro for their first time. If needed I can help with arranging some visits, transfers, excursions, boat trips, car rentals. In a word everything is manageable yours is only to ask :)
The small grocery store is at 100m from the apartment. Some nice restaurants are also closeby. The closest bakery is 800m far away. At only 10m from the apartment is a stone beach, the closest bigger sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is 1km away. For a night life I recommend Kotor or Budva with the biggest night club in this part of Europe(TOP HILL).
I can arrange free parking place for my guests, just be kind and let me know in advance if you are getting here by car :) This place is served by local buses that are running every hour to Kotor (ticket costs 1EUR) or to Tivat (1.70EUR). The bus stops in front of the apartment or in the downtown of Kotor and Tivat as well. It is easy to get wherever by a cab/taxi (1km is around 1EUR).
I hope that in every sense all guests will feel and treat my place as their own.
1.Upon arrival the guests should register at the tourist office and pay daily tax or they should produce passports to the host to do it. Daily tax is 0.80 euro, for children 12 to 18 years old is 0.40 euro.
2.Upon leaving the apartment the guests are kindly asked to lock the doors and switch off all electrical appliances (AC, lights, hot plates, etc.)
3. Smoking is allowed but only on a balcony.
4.This is not a party house.
5.The guests should take care of the apartment and the inventory and on the day of departure are expected to leave everything in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Any damage should be compensated.
6. Check-in is at 14h, and check-out at 11h. Flexible of course depending on availability.
7. The host is providing fresh towels every third day, and fresh linens and cleaning on weekly basis.
