This light-filled apartment has only just been renovated by my partner and myself, as I am a builder by trade. I have custom designed a large timber feature wall with LED lighting for a beautiful finish and designed the kitchen and space to look minimalistic and clean. The apartments were built in 2000, so they are still very modern outside with a pool, lush greenery surrounding the block and secure underground parking for one car. The living room has views of the Surfers Paradise skyline at night and is a beautiful space for your trip. I’m sure you will be blown away with the interior when you walk in the door. All common living areas, bedrooms and furniture are brand new. The bathrooms are still from 2000 when the building was built but are immaculate and tidy with the main bathroom housing a bath and laundry and the main bedroom with an en-suite.

Due to the extensive renovation and quiet neighbourhood we have a strict no party policy and in accordance with the Gold Coast City Council and building by-laws we do not condone excessive noise and music from 9pm – 8am. To keep in accordance with our building by-laws and respecting our neighbours we ask that all tenants read a one page copy of these by-laws upon arrival : - )
