the shared spaces ar the living room , the dining room and the deck, surrounded by trees and perfect for breakfast on a nice day.

Our town is artsy and culturally sophisticated. We have a film festival headed by Stephen Colbert in April, we have the famous Iris Gardens, the Montclair Art Museum, lots of fantastic places to eat and more.
Moving around the town by car is easy and short, moving around by foot is...healthy. To get to NYC (midtown) you catch a bus #66 or #33 or a NJ Transit commuter train. The round trip is about $14-15, seniors and students pay a lot less.
The house is a non-smoking house except for medical 420 - legal in NJ.
The Doremifasolians are vegetarian and do not cook meat or fish in the house, however you are welcome to consume anything you want here as long as you bring it in already prepared.
