Thank you so much for your review. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience the connectivity issue caused you and your colleagues. As it happened when there was an over load of people using the internet, which hadn't happened before and was working fine before your arrival, I couldn't anticipate this happening. As I mentioned to you in our earlier conversation, I have now installed a separate internet connection for this particular room, so it isn't shared by other guests. As for the phone connectivity, it's the service provider who's signal is not strong in this area, but I am figuring out if I can get a booster of some kind to make the signal stronger.
